What a scam went in to get my phone screen fixed got given a choice of a copy screen for £40 or guniene screen for £70 I paid the £70 took 2 days to fix he lost my phone case aswell on top of that not even had it a week didnt drop it once and my screen went blank rung up the shop he told me to bring it down go to the shop for him to try and sell me another screen because apprently my screen bled but its ment to be genuine but this time without earning nothing on top he says i can do it for £50 I dont know what he was thinking like i was gonna get robbed any more so the whole out come i have had to buy a new phone anyway did not warn me about no screen bleed or nothing happy to take my money what a scam STAY AWAY

mega media is a shop that does printing. the owner is a small asian man. VERY VERY rude and has no customer skills. Not to be confused with the owner of the mobile phone repair desk inside the shop, who is very helpful.

I spent £33 of my hard earned money on A3 prints that were useless. £33 I may as well have thrown down the toilet! Maybe that is not a lot to someone who owns their own business, but that is a substantial amount of money to me. I asked for colour test prints and the quality of the print (colour and resolution) was terrible and it was printed on generic 80gsm printing paper. When I asked to be refunded the owner refused and was adamant that it was my fault, and that I should have specified that I wanted a true CMYK colour print. Excuse me, I'm the customer, not the printing professional. They did not take the time to understand what I was asking for, they did not ask what file type/colour mode I was using, and assumed that their digital printer could do the job. It wouldn't have even mattered if the print had cost less, but it was £33 (probably cost them 50p!) for 22 sheets I essentially could have printed out on my home printer. In fact, the prints would have been better! I'm so angry! Hopefully the store will take the time to understand the needs of their customers going forward, because they most certainly did not with me!

I needed to get some prints. The man was friendly and helpfulI wasn't impressed with another customer interrupting. The assistant should have addressed the situation better

I use Mega Media always to print photos, transfer my audio tape to CD, print my business cards. The staff's are very friendly and very helpful. They offer a variety of services including passport photos, scanning and photocopying, t-shirt printing and the usual photo presents (calendar, puzzles etc). I'm more than happy to recommend them.

The staff were really helpful, surprised with quick service. Searched on web for any cheaper options for phones and could not find them and he gave me a free case, really happy

Absolutely terrible, customer service was extremely below expectations. I do not reccomend to shop there if you want good service. Really disgusted, I was finding an important document and out of nowhere I experienced rude behaviour. Very immature.

Great service for passport sized digital or printed photos. Friendly and helpful staff.

Terrible place to take photos. Must AVOID charges are different to those advertised and my passport application picture got rejected from the picture taken at this place is rubbish and unprofessional people charging very high prices and duping people!Con Artist!

Staff are not friendly and products are very expensive and they sell old stock and then you complain also they say buy another one for a discounted price. They are not ready to rectify their mistake. Very bad service.
