Quiz Clothing

Asked in store for their returns policy when we bought clothing and they stated 28 days (so did the sign in the photo attached). 14 days later when we try to return the items they tell us its 7 days for a return or 28days for exchange/credit note. Very disappointed in the service, feel misled

I'm probably too old to shop here but the clothes are attractive so I was drawn inside! I was looking for a wedding outfit but on closer inspection of the dresses I liked I found flaws in fabrics or pulls so the items didn't look new. Of course this can be down to the customers not taking care when trying things on. I didn't buy anything.

I love Quiz. I've always been very fussy about clothes and struggled to find dresses I like at a sensible price. I tried here in a desperate last minute several years ago and now it is my go to for parties and events. The price tags are amazing and the quality is great. I also manage to get jumpsuits from here which I can never usually get to fit me from anywhere

I was impressed with the choices available and the prices were reasonable too.

I like this store staff are always friendly and clothes are good quality and reasonably priced, even at sale time shop is tidy.

Refund policy on sale not clear brought clothing back within 14 days to be told it was 7 days on sale, I advised the shop assistant that I had been told 14 days to which she responded it was me that served you and I wouldn't of told you that! No apology just made to feel like it was clearly my error! SWith hindsight I should of re read my receipt. The sales assistant also inspected the neck lines on the dress to imply I had worn them even though the labels were clearly evident! I now have a credit note with a number of restrictions on it's use so needless to say I'm frustrated. I hope this review helps someone not make the same mistake in not checking the receipt for refund policy.

Been in quiz this evening & my daughter tried on a pair of jeans £29.99 there was a save £7 ticket on the hanger the jeans were too big so she fetched a size smaller again save £7 on the hanger, jeans fit lovely took them to the till girl took £7 ticket off the hanger jeans came through at £29.99 so my daughter said I thought there was £7 off so the girl called the manager, were did you have them from the manager said so my daughter showed her. Well because there wasn't multiple even though there were two pair stating save the manager said they had been put on there wrong & unless it was on all the jeans she wasn't going to reduce them for us the price needed to be on the actual item, well we looked round the shop & the save was on all the hangers not individual items. I told her we didn't have the time to waste trying on items which were clearly marked up wrong she said well I'm not going to reduce them so do you want another pair I said no you should be doing your job correctly, I will bear that in mind she said have a good evening sarcastically. Well all I can say is some people need to show some manners and not to make customers feel like we moved the tickets just because someone clearly didnt do their job.

Only went in this store to look for a denim dress I seen in their online sales but unfortunately they didn't have it but the young lady who was looking after the fitting room was extremely helpful to me and even looked for a certain dress I seen in the window. I must admit I think the price's are a little expensive for the quality of their clothing. Worth it if the items are in the sale though

Not much in here i like the last few times I've been.It's unusual for me as I normally spend a fortune in here but some material on the clothes feel a bit cheap lately but still normal priced.
