Took Smirnoff today . He had been to boot camp for a week . Came back really smelly .been rolling in mud etc . Picked him up Groom room had done a outstanding job . Well done

Only place I trust to take my little deaf boy. He shivers when having a cut. He comes out a new dog.At St James Norton he wasn't finished and in the state he usually is. He needs careful handling and I can tell he gets that here.

The Groom Room is fantastic. We've taken Reggie (labrador) here twice now and both times the service we have received has been excellent. The groom itself is great and we always add on the deshed treatment, which if you own a Lab, is a must. The deshed is awesome and Reggie barely sheds any hair for weeks afterwards. The prices are reasonable too so you get value for money. We'll definitely be back regularly from now on.

Lovely place with even lovelier staff! My dog is very nervous and they did a great job calming her down for her nail clip and bath! They’re all very kind and understanding with both customers and dogs. They even recommended me a great flea and worm subscription which has saved me a lot of money and told me about the VIP card so I get discounts every so often on my grooms.

never again I picked my pooch up bout 2.15 ( cud ear him crying as i waited to get him )went strait home how ever later in the evening wen he got on my lap as he always dus i felt a big scab under his bottom jaw and no I didn't ring to ask wots happened cus felt it would be a ( well nothing happened ere ) if they ad cut him by accident they shud av told me

Tilly is always nervous before getting groomed but when we pick her up her tail's wagging & she smells lush. It can be hard to get an appointment but they seem to do a good job ^_^
