Why does this shop have a different policy from other wallpaper shops? No refunds!!! It's when I have your money I'm keeping it. Hard to see a notice up saying credit notes only. Once bitten twice shy. A messy shop too.

They do NOT REFUND any extra rolls of wallpaper, it is common practice to buy an extra roll or two, to allow for a mistake or if you have miscalculated. They are aware of this practice, so their no refund policy is basically ripping off the customer.After all, who wants a credit note for more paper, after finishing the job?

Staff were very helpful. Great range to choose from. Will definitely use again.

Not honest lady dissatisfied with her customer service, i have confirmed with lady before purchasing wallaper that i’d be taken extras incase the lady at the counter assured me that i can return & refund was mentioned when returning to shop with unopened rolls she seemed to have an attitude & changed her tone went on about no refund had a debate with her but her behaviour was just not acceptable she lied & refused to apologise for misleading information should not tell people you can return unopened items & refundShe gave a receipt with scribbles told me a specific time limit to use the remaining money i.e voucher not to my benefit liar disgrace

Good selection of wallpaper although some are way overpriced because they are supposed to be designer

Lots of stock, unfortunately it's on the floor and because of a health problem I have to use a walking aid, which is wider than the walkway, luckily I can fold it a little if was in a wheelchair or scooter I would not be able to enter this store...

Great experience sourcing wallpaper for three rooms in our new house. Selection of styles and colours are great, but it was the helpful staff that won me over.
