They have everything you need for decorators, the manager it is very good with customers, they have parking space, very good service. Recommended.

Im a trade painter. The Service is so slow it literally makes you angry. They didn’t have base for my paint which was fair enough. I ordered for next day. Called them an hour before I arrived to check if it’s there they said it is. I turned up an hour later and I had to wait for them to mix it. They are as slow as snails all relaxed no pressure. No wonder they have note saying abuse will not be tolerated. I felt like screaming myself. This paint slowed me down on the job so the least they could do is get it ready for me to pick up.

So helpful, great staff who are very knowledgeable, but they go out of their way to help you. I know nothing about painting but called a few weeks ago to get some advice and paint samples. I was told they had sold the last few sample pots of the colours I was looking for to a trade client but were going to get some more in the next day. About an hour later I got a call back to say that they had found some and were going to keep them aside for me. This showed me that they had fantastic service as I didn’t leave my name or number, they must’ve looked it up on the shop phones’ incoming calls.Thank you to the two guys who were there to help us (sorry we didn’t get your names!)I went to pick them up and they mixed some non standard colours for me and then needed some more so called up and had them ready for me to collect.Today I went in to order the chosen/preferred colour, but in enough paint for the whole space, and was greeted by the lovely Tina who was really helpful: she mixed the paint and did us a deal because of how much we needed and helped us identify some other products we needed. She had a happy demeanour despite being ill, and the experience was fun and not stressful. We had a bit of banter - We need more Tinas in this world!

In a word...superb.Good range of stock but most importantly excellent advice received - welcomed that!

Poor customer service,prices fluctuate each time you visit and nothing is priced up in store.If you do require a colour match be careful to check the tin when leaving the store as there always tends to be wet paint on the outside of the tin.Dulux are close by head there instead.

Great customer service after a quick call and some helpful advice over the phone i called by and purchased some exterior paint and brushes ,competitive prices even helped me carry them out to my van.much appreciated.Thanks.

Fantastic staff always very helpful. I occasionally pop in to get a few cardboard boxes and the staff are extremely pleasant, friendly and willing to help. Thanks again.

Bought paint and rollers ...the paint was a mixed colour from their chart .The assistant was very helpful and I was served quickly and efficiently.It was fairly expensive but paint mixing was equally expensive at B&Q.

Absolutely fantastic service, the team is very friendly and professional, really knowledgeable and helped solve a problem in getting a specific paint, couldn't have asked for a better service. Albeit price's are on the steep side for some products, but other than that, very well stocked store, bonus of having parking around the corner

I had a really good experience with Brewers Decorator Centre in Hillingdon.They gave me some really good advice, made me a batch of custom colour paint and also price matched something I was buying with b&q.It was a very friendly and personal service and I wouldn't hesitate to use them again.
