Couldn’t be happierAbsolute 5 star treatment for my dog.He’s running like a pup again!Shout out to Jacky the receptionist too for being absolutely lovely as well.Sam (my dog) loves her and she was just easy to deal with and is a credit to the company!Highly recommended and if I need a vet again I’ll definitely be bringing Sam back.

Super service. Friendly, caring and very accommodating. Our cat was very well attended. Catalan the vet is a very nice to speak with. Calm, considerate and explained things clearly. Jackie the manager was very helpful by phone and in person. Cannot recommend highly enough!

Had a little bit of an emergency and the vets fit me and my dog in between 2 other customers on the same day. The vet Catalan (unsure if this is the correct spelling) was excellent with my dog who has nervous aggression towards humans touching him. He was patient, attentive but also straight to the point which is something I appreciate in regards to my dog. The receptionist was also very nice and I was thankful to her fitting us in during the stressful time.

I have been twice to this vets, and I have had only a great experience. The vet himself is a wonderful man, as is the receptionist a wonderful woman. My kitten was right at home, I have nothing negative to say about this vets.

The staff at this vets are fantastic, can't praise enough, Catalan the vet goes that extra mile to help and do all he can ,to alleviate the situation , and really cares for the animals,and owners alike. Reception staff are marvellous too,very kind and helpful,so far they have helped me rescue 2 wild birds,looked after my 18 year old cat,and helped me with my other cat who went missing.

Just come back from the vets with my timid cat Tilly , who has to go on a regular basis for injections . As quite difficult to get her there, they are always very accommodating. Jacky on reception is lovely and always greets you with a smile. And Catalin the vet is also lovely and calming as great with Tilly . They are both a great asset to the Waterloo branch . Long may it continue. They take the stress out of going there . Keep up the great work .

Very efficient, nice vet,lovely front of house staff, friendly.Bit pricier than our previous surgery but worth it for convenience and supporting my local community.Always well stocked no waiting for an order.
