Terrible, I bought a sofa had loads of faults eventually replaced it after months of keep taking it away and bringing it bk, different colour materials, loose buttons, materials not attached, then the replacement was faulty aswell. Eventually took sofa fr repairs came bk was still not right and more faults then came back again to be repaired. This is just ongoing and the customer service is shocking, no updates unless you trace it up!! Attitude of some of the staff is terrible. No apologies at all, always trying to blame the customer for their mistakes and faults.Defo do not recommend buying a sofa from this company! Dreadful

Quality furniture at brilliant prices, you'll be hard pushed to find anything of the sort for the money, Great lads who work there, not pushy at all and will help you with whatever you need.We'll definitely be returning customers in the future and have already recommended family and friends.Thanks Mark for our sofa.
