Very disappointed. I had a lovely conversation with PHC after requiring a part short notice and was advised as long as I ordered the part by lunch time the next day it would be with me the day following that.Now on the day it should be arriving, after chasing the order I have now been told it will be an extra day. Meaning I now have to rearrange the fitting of the part and it will now have to be fitted after the time I needed it done by. I could have ordered from another place and actually received it today.

This firm is always helpful and will go that extra mile to ensure that the customer obtains what they need in the shortest time possible. The staff are knowledgeable and seem to enjoy the challenge of finding and obtaining hard to get parts.The depots are well stocked and if delivery is required, it does not present a problem. The Directors are hands on" and approachable."

Very helpful and knowledgeable people if they don't have what you need they will source and aquire it expediently and contact you to let you know its arrived ...predominantly a gas supply outlet they are expanding into domestic plumbing ...I highly recommend this company
