Victoria provided an excellent service throughout, very patiently helping me through the process of selecting fabrics, sourcing swatches, and then attending to some repairs that were needed on my ancient chairs before re-covering. I am so glad we discovered Victoria when we decided to re-upholster and repair our sofa which had become uncomfortable so much so my husband preferred to lay on the floor as he had a bad back. We had a very informative meeting where Victoria bought along seating cushion and back samples and her excellent knowledge helped us to choose the right replacements to suit our needs. Her and her lovely team collected and then returned the newly upholstered sofa and we are so thrilled with the end result. Having had it back for a couple of weeks now and test driven it we absolutely love it, its so comfortable and the finish is beautiful. Disappointed with the upholstery of a pair of sofas bought around three years ago, I was on the verge of scrapping them; a costly mistake. Victoria’s recommendation was new seat cushions. I had dismissed this as I was very unsure about the various filler combinations available. However, Victoria assessed my needs, new cushions were ordered, fitted.and I’m delighted with them. The bonus is that I have saved hundreds of pounds in the process. I have no hesitation in recommending Victoria.
