Highly recommended. Good guys who have serviced & rebuilt my bikes now.Lots of competition in the area for bike shops, but I wouldn't hesitate in advising anyone else to try them first. Reasonably priced as well for the job they do.

Great shop with good range of bikes, good service and good value for money. Lots of little things they do on new bikes do cost them money, and saved us money (like fitting decent tyres without extra charge!).

The customer service at Bike Works, Stroud is excellent. My bike went in for a standard service but needed some additional work. This was explained to me by phone, after the bike had been checked over, & the extra costs were outlined. Once I gave the OK, the team fitted the new parts straight away & my bike was ready for collection within 48 hours of dropping it off. I will definitely use this family-run business from now on.

Service oriented workshop! We were on a cycling holiday and my rear brake lever was failing. Although fully booked they were still prepared to help me out. All worked flawlessly again which gave a much safer feeling. Thank you so much guys.

Fixed my aging road bike to a fantastic mechanical condition - did what others could not over the years (a proper diagnostic to find the root cause of issues, rather than just replacing parts at will) in a matter of days.They were exactly what I hoped a local bike shop would be - fab knowledge, great mechanical ability, superb customer service.Will be back!

Just picked up my fat bike that needed wheel alignment, gears setting up, brakes and steering sorting - excellent job very happy with the workmanship, price and customer service. I most definitely recommend Jonathan and Luke for bike repairs.

Professional, knowledgeable and friendly. Can't recommend higher, helped me get my old bike fixed and riding again last year and have gone back this year to buy a new bike from them, the service is fantastic.
