I've been at your surgery for years, I'm absolutely appalled at the recent interaction I had with one of your team. I've recently moved house, granted it is out of the area, fair enough, I've gone to another surgery and I'm on the waiting list. I received a letter from your practice manager, saying that I needed to move, yes I agree, but there's nothing I can do till this other surgery takes me on.So, I then receive an email from my online prescription provider, saying I'd been unregistered. I rang the surgery only to be told that there's nothing they could do and I should have had the forethought to order in advance, well thank you for that sherlock holmes. If the letter I'd received from your practice manager had detailed the fact I would be unregistered then yes of course I would have done this, but it didn't. I then proceeded to say, what if I had an asthma attack (I've got severe asthma) or had an anaphylactic reaction (severely allergic to nuts) because I wasn't able to order my prescription... to that the receptionist replied well you'd need to ring 999, not us ... how helpful.Overall, I think your surgery and it's receptionists are downright rude, had your letter been more informative and given some clarification I wouldn't have had to ring the surgery at all ... I do expect a reply and an apology for the way I have been treated because there was absolutely no need for this sort of behavior

Called at 08.00 and after about 35 replies I was in position 9 when I got to position 1 it cut me offAfter trying again with another 30 or so re-diles I got through to position 9 again then I got through to a human at about 08.28 needed an inhaler only to be told that no appointment ware available ant to put it in writing and they would look at it I also wanted to talk about my mental health as I may be loosing my house but did not get chance to let the receptionist know as she just put the phone down

Do not enrol in this practice - this is the most poorly administered Doctors Surgery anywhere! They never offer appointments aside from on the day and even then that has to be an emergency. So they stupidly expect you to take the day off work only to find they don’t have an appointment or they deem your circumstances as not important enough to warrant an appointment! In these times where finances are tight they heap more misery onto the hard working public. Absolutely appalling service. In 2 years I’ve only managed to get my children 1 appointment! Their extremely poor management and administration has meant we have had to utilise the Walk-In centre and A&E, adding additional stress to those already pressured systems. Meanwhile Rainbow Medical Centre hide behind an outdated excuse of COVID19! Disgraceful!

Services are non-existent and there are so many barriers preventing patients from receiving any kind of meaningful patient care. The system is so convoluted and works against anyone looking for assistance.

Bad customer service, doctors never available. Telephone system down or busy most days. Appointments released at 7am by online appointments, more available at 8am from visiting the surgery. However on most occasions we have had to sit and wait as nothing is available via phone as it's blocked, busy or offline. (Some of the) receptionists are patronising and antagonistic, clearly should not be customer facing. And services are run without due care or attention to the patents. Such as repeat medication, that effects quality of life. Doctors have on multiple occasions not read the notes, and instead have withheld medication in place of requesting a doctors appointment WITHOUT informing the patient. No appointment, no letter, no call, and no medication with no expkaexplan. Simply not good enough.

If I could give it lower than a one star I would. Had years of this place..no appointments for weeks on end bad attitude on the phone patronising doctor's( went yesterday about an ongoing pain doctor said and what do you want me to do about it absolutely joke."
