burger king who dont have fizzy drinks, because 2 machines are broken in same time lying staff a piss take try charge me more for meal without drink because they dont have it unbelievable

The restaurant wasn't the issue, aggressive and rude staff was. Over heard them making nasty comments about members of the public, and when the food was served it was subpar at best. I went with my wife the week before and it was the opposite, lovely staff, food was great, a much better experience all-round.

Shocking, very rundown. We wanted nice cool drink with our meal, told all soft drinks machines broken, asked for water, given warm bottles not even see a fridge, toilets dirty, hand dryers broken. Won't be coming back that for sure.

Literally the worst I've ever been to. Unfortunately it's my local!Firstly they have no ice cream machine, they are on the sea front but here we are, in fact when I went they had no drinks machine either? Except it appears after watching an employee fill his cup up, they did but the kiosks were not up to date. I waited over 20mins for a dbl cheeseburger and fries... no onion in it which surprised me and it was lukewarm. Staff seemed pleasant but unmotivated, that being said I doubt they are paid to be motivated :(

The assistant Manager whose name I think is Ed was so rude! The way he treated his staff was absolutely disgusting and his customer service really could do with some work. He’s clearly a man that cannot work under pressure when it stated to get ever so slightly busy. Shouting and talking down to staff across the restaurant really isn’t on!

Ordered almost £30.00 worth of meals from here earlier this afternoon and we are all disappointed with the quality of the food, particularly the fact that the Whoppers were at best lukewarm and at worst stone cold. All 3 lots of chips were far too salty but also cold. The only element that was hot was a box of chicken nuggets. This is really poor, there were only 2 people in the restaurant already seated when we ordered so absolutely no excuse to have stone cold food. We had a 2 minute walk back to our car in appalling weather and the poor weather is the only reason we didn't go back to the restaurant and complain. The new member of staff was perfectly pleasant and the only good thing about the experience, we shall not be returning as this was a total waste of money and reflects the other experiences we have had from this branch where food is cold no matter what time of day it is ordered.

To be completely honest, it was eh okay. But the thing that did throw me of was that I took a quick glimpse of when they were making the food, and where’s the gloves? Personally I find that ABSOLUTELY disgusting. While they were making a burger I saw them just pick up the lettuce and just put it on the burger. And the chairs were pretty uncomfortable and you have to take your own drink. I haven’t experimented anything negative with the staff so that’s at least nice.

This branch is pretty sad, the screens to order don't work. I was a bit concerned that the staff were assembling the food, handling the salad etc with no gloves. I didn't get given a receipt when I paid for my food, number was called out but didn't know it was for my order as no receipt was given to me. However, the vegan options are very nice! But it states regular fries with my meals as per my receipt, but as seen in the image, I was given 2 small portions instead.

Ordered earlier today and i was severely disappointed in my food, i ordered a double bacon cheeseburger XL and the bacon cheese loaded fries for starters i was underwhelmed by the size of the burger what they claim is XL but mostly disappointingly my double bacon CHEESEburger arrived with no cheese which made it taste kind of bland, the fries themselves were good but the bacon was cut so fine and small as if they only used one ration for loaded fries similar story with the cheese barely any on their at all i might’ve well just ordered plain fries

The manager was the rudest manager I've ever met. I advised that I had placed an order on the machine twice & it didn't go through. He looked at me like he didn't care & said well order it through me then. I said I am & he replied there's no point telling you what issues we're having & look at my face, do you see me smiling? And I hate my job. No acknowledge of my complaint. He best take annual leave when boarmasters is on. He will not take the pressure.
