My car went to repair with this company it did took longer than I thought to be honest . But it was due to parts issues. Which I understand there delays everywhere But all staff was very helpful they kept me informed and comunjcating me with updates and I spoken to one of the staff saying if I can be done by a certain day as I was going out . Amazing service front start to end. Our VW GOLF went for repairs after the bumper got stolen. 10/10 Service.

My experience with L&I Eaton has been fantastic. They've been extremely efficient and speedy in repairing my car for which they had to order parts as well. They communicated with me throughout the whole process and were very quick at responding to any of my queries. They were really easy to get through to whenever I called and were very patient and understanding with me. The customer service representatives on the phone were always so polite and the man who delivered my car was really kind and efficient. They delivered my car at a time suitable for me so were very accommodating and they had fully valeted the car too! Highly recommend them and will definitely use their services again should the need arise!

L&I etton - over promises and under deliver.Customer service team are full of excuses instead of just being honest about their short comings. Took two days of work to wait for a courtesy car that didn’t show up until 8pm the second day and that only happened because I chased it relentlessly. Several things missed of the job sheet and just more excuses/lies told to cover.I would highly recommend you insist on your car going elsewhere.

Darren and colleagues provided superb service throughout a complicated insurance claim, and were both competent and reassuring throughout. They provided a great courtesy car and our own car, which had been in a very sorry state, came back looking almost better than when we bought it. Thank you to all involved.

Absolutely Awful service!!! I would run a mile away from this garage. I had an accident in August and my insurance sent my car here (obviously with no choice on my behalf) they STILL, after almost 6 months have my car, they lie and deny, come up with all sorts of excuse for their short comings. It’s an appalling service. I would really recommend you to stay clear of these, as you won’t see your car again for a while. I have been severely out of pocket, increased amount of due to these and deserve compensation. Would not recommend.EDIT: now currently over 7 months and still not received my car back, TOTALLY AWFUL SERVICE!!!!
