Very polite reception team and our dentist is very professional and always makes the visit relaxed and stress free. Had several procedures at the practice with first rate results. I guess the fact our 12 year old daughter has no issues visiting the dentist says it all.

I have been a patient at Quality Dental for many years now. I have always had good service but my last visit was exceptional, Kira Pfeiffer was brilliant with both myself and my son, explained everything so thoroughly and we felt very cared for and not rushed. Nurse, Remmy, was also fantastic.

Usually this practice is fantastic but the last visit not so much. We had turned up on time for our appointment but other people kept going in. When I questioned it we had been signed as seen with out being seen. The reception sorted it out but I still had to wait for over 40 mins for my daughter’s appointment. Wasn’t to impressed especially when the dentist said I didn’t have an appointment but had an email to prove I did.

I wisited Quality Dental on Tuesday, feeling very nervous as I needed a tooth extracted that the whole top of the tooth had broken away.I was put at ease straight away by the dentist and hygienist who were both really lovely and helpful.The hygienist at every available opportunity put me at ease and made sure I was calm throughout even joking with me. I have never had a dentist experience like it.VERY HIGHLY RECOMMENDED!!

I have visited Worthing clinic twice, having recently joined but on both occasions the staff have all been lovely. Asad puts you at ease and explains everything clearly. Would recommend.

Excellent friendly Dental Hygienist. Only reason I don't give 100% is that there was no dental nurse available so I had to hold my own irrigation sprayer - the third time this has happened. For what I pay, as I have to go private, I ought to get this full service and would like a refund for this omission (which is no fault of the hygienist).

As a patient waiting for an extraction the most noticeable first impression was that all the staff smiled at me. A smile is very soothing when you are anxious. I needn't have been though as it was quick and as painless as they could have made it, with efficiency and consideration for my well-being. Obviously no-one wants an extraction but I have already recommended the practise to others who hate going to the dentist. I left informed and relaxed - one tooth less!

I was very nervous about having a wisdom tooth removed, but Dimitri was first class, put me at ease, there was no pain, process was over and done in a few minutes and there have been no adverse effects afterwards. Excellent job, proffessionally undertaken. Thank you
