Very professional business. Staff are very friendly, informative and organised. They have fulfilled our wishes and have exceeded our expectations.We as a family have never had to go through such difficult time but the staff ensured us and guided us throughout. So we are very thankful!They have redeemed our personal requests even though they might have been out of the ordinary. Such as, finger prints, mass services in Polish language , service sheets in polish etc etc. we are very thankful once again. We had absolutely no clue where to start and Goodwins longlevens made it a smooth process through a heartbreaking and devastating time.A very big shoutout to Nick, he is a true credit to the business. from the first phone call I made he has supported us and explained how everything works. One thing he told us, “not many people come out of here smiling” which absolutely reflects his and the businesses service. Of course we wasn’t happy because of the circumstances, but the relief and comfort and support we received was amazing. The service was really heartfelt.Rob, was very lovely as well as understanding, caring and gentle through such a hard time. He looked after us on the worst day of our lives. he was supportive and patient and very respectful.I would also like to thank Julie - she also answered our questions whatever ones we had And welcomed us in numerous times.I would 100% recommend this service if you are looking around. Booked an appointment on Friday to go to chapel of rest on the following Monday. Asked to confirm Monday morning that we will be attending. Called for over 1 hour from 10am on Monday and the line was engaged. Got through at 11am only to be told that because I had not called to confirm we had lost the booking. Receptionist was not very sympathetic and was actually quite rude. Appalling service in such a delicate and emotional time.

I cannot thank the team enough (Liz, Julie and Nick) from Longlevens who helped and supported us every step of the way following the very tragic loss of my nephew. From the first point of contact and initial meetings, the care and respect shown to family and friends and the attention to detail during the funeral was second to none. I had no doubt that my nephew was very well looked after while he was at Goodwins, and this brings such comfort at such a difficult time. Nick managed the large Cathedral service with total professionalism, and everything went as well as we could have hoped, giving my nephew the send-off, he deserved. Thank you for being so friendly and professional, but most of all making the most difficult time in our lives just a little bit easier.

Fabulous service by a great team. This is the second time we have used Goodwins, first for our Dad two and a half years ago and then yesterday for our dear Mum. On both occasions the Goodwins' team have been professional, compassionate and friendly, guiding and supporting us through the difficult times. Very professional service, within just a few hours of mum passing they were already supporting us as a family. We have now used Goodwins (Longlevens) twice, once for my Dad's funeral three years ago and yesterday for my Mum. The service they provided was amazing, nothing was too much trouble. The empathy and compassion they have shown us right from the first visit to make arrangements, to the service was second to none. They talked us through the whole process step by step, giving us plenty of time to make decisions. On the day their calm and respectful approach guiding us through was just what we needed, they were so professional in preempting any tricky situation especially during Covid times when we were unsure of what we were allowed to do. They have made two of the most difficult days of our lives so much easier and we can't thank them enough.
