As usual had a great experience with Premier Autos. Pickup and drop off service was fantastic. On time and a very polite drive who picked up my car and dropped it off again. Great communication on keeping me updated on the progress of the work done on my car. I will only ever use Premier Autos. Highly recommended.

Used for an MOT, the mechanic came out to greet me when I arrived on time. In the waiting area I was offered a hot drink. The area was clean and tidy with daytime TV on quietly. The MOT was completed within the stated time. I was given a packet of complimentary chocolate fingers at the end!

Great service from Gary Sykes. I didn't even plan on getting a vehicle the same day, but his friendly behaviour and professionalism and of course the reliability of the vehicle is what turned my head. Very satisfied with the car and the service.

I was treated brilliantly by a very professional team of customer focussed staff. It is unusual to find such a dedicated team of people working in the Motor Trade in current times.A very happy customer who will return and recommend.

A Hyundai dealer but they don't mind what cars they service. Booking the car in was a breeze and they kept me updated regularly. I needed a new tyre and they researched a cheaper option for me. All staff are very polite and curteousand the whole place is kept very clean and tidy. A good place to take your car and reasonably priced too. When they perform a service for you, they even wash your car and present you with a chocolate treat when you collect it. Thoroughly recommend.

THE BEST GARAGE EVER, I KID YOU NOT!This garage is in Blackfen, we live in Chatham but I would not go anywhere else and have not for the last 30 years, they are that excellent.I trust them implicitly. They will tell me my brake pads are wearing, but will look at the yearly mileage I normally do, ask if I have any plans to do more than normal over the coming year and calculate whether or not they will cover that and be okay until the next service, rather than just say they need doing now. That's brilliant as far as I'm concerned and honest which keeps me driving there and back for every MOT, service and new car that I need.It's their honesty, advice and excellent customer service that is worth the time and petrol cost to get there and back.They offer a collection service or hire car for a small charge if you can't get there or can't wait. They also offer a monthly service plan. Some of the staff have changed over the years but the integrity and excellent customer service remains the same. They will also do a mini valet of the vehicle before giving it back to you.Large, very clean waiting area, free tea or coffee and a 'gift', Chocolate Orange, Cadbury's Fingers, or Matchmakers when you pay.I guarantee if you try them out you will go back, but make sure you book early enough for that important MOT as they get booked up very quickly due to how great they are.

Premier auto service centre. The engineer will diagnosed your vehicle then they will give a quote and do not over charge you. I am saying with my own experience is value for money. The staff are very polite they do not make any deference between customers they treat everyone equally. I will 100% recommend to anyone to Premier auto service center.

Really lovely Experience of buying a car for my dad who had scrapped his old one due to ulez. We didn’t know what we wanted but when we found d the car There was no sales pressure just honest information and a good deal provided!There was a small problem with a warning light after lucking uk the car but they took the car back fixed it without hesitation. They delivered the car back to dad in good time and an appropriate apology! Overall great customer service I will be a returning customer.
