Claira Fernandez, Reiki & Spiritual Healing practitioner

So where should I start! I came across Claira when I was feeling weaker and low energy and with a cough that was not going away. Before this had spoken with a close friend of mine who had told me about Reiki and how it made her feel more relaxed and more optimistic and chilled. I did not know much what to expect but felt immediately relaxed and put at ease by Claira’s energy and incredible positive aura. I believe the effect of reiki will be different on different people and also on the interaction between the Practioner and the person receiving it but for me personally it has been very very positive meeting Claira and going through the reiki sessions with her. Made me feel calmer, morepositive more energised. She has been key in overcoming low mood after a break up. Look forward to having more reiki sessions with her. Cannot thank Claira enough.Jose

Claira is a brilliant practitioner. I felt immediately better after the first visit. I had some anxiety and underlying grief and she made me feel so much lighter and positive. I was in an all time low in early 2021 and my sister treated me to a distance session with Claira. I hadn't done anything like this before and was a bit sceptical. I felt enveloped and at the centre of Claira's heart and mind. I had a powerful sense of some of my tension and deep sadness gently lifting and leaving me like wisps of smoke slowly rising. At the end of the session I felt a stillness and calm I rarely experience. Claira's follow up phone call was also positive. I went to Claira for 2 reiki sessions. She is warm and welcoming and immediately made me feel at ease. During the sessions I could feel her working on certain areas of my energy field and I left feeling lighter, but there was also some emotion that she had somehow loosened.
