Storage King Dartford - Self Storage Units

Very happy with service offered by Storage King. Very easy to arrange a unit. We felt safe leaving our furniture there. Highly recommend. Just to add we used in conjunction with Store 2 Door to move our furniture, also highly recommended.

I can not tell you how simple this process was made by the lovely Wendy.Wendy recommended the size of unit that I would need,as I had never placed anything in storage.Informed me of the offers available at the time and talked me through the whole process.Amazing.

Arranged a storage locker today (joint contract with Karen Oliver) with Wendy Halford. Wendy was excellent and extremely helpful. The whole process was very straightforward and painless! She explained everything clearly and we are very happy with the service we received and will definitely recommend Storage King.

I have a business based in Storage King Dartford. I have been there for the last 4 years and cannot speak more highly of Lorraine and her team. They look after all the businesses that are based there. Today was an example of how they went over and above caring for me. I had an accident in my place of work this morning, which did require medical attention. On calling down to the reception from my office, both Lorraine and Wendy the first aider were straight upstairs with their full First Aid Kit for every eventuality in hand. They expertly tended to me and bandaged me up and gave me advice to visit A&E . Not only did they give that advice, Lorraine in fact drove me there herself, got me a wheelchair and stayed with me whilst I registered and was in a comfortable place to sit and wait. Now that really is duty of care to the highest level. I am pleased to say all was well and on my return a jubilant team welcomed me back.. so the biggest thanks to Lorraine, Wendy and Stephanie . It’s nice to let everyone know why we love having our office at Storage King

We had to use Storage King between house moves. The staff were professional, friendly and helpful and made what was a very stressful time, hassle free. I would highly recommend them along with the removal company Store2door who moved us on both occasions. Thank you all.

Rubbish facility. Lifts not maintained. Security gates not working most of the time. Don't believe the sales hype. Anyone can walk in & they are only a padlock away from your precious storage.

The ladies that attended to us were absolutely pleasant and professional. We had Lauren, Wendy and Stephanie. We were very satisfied with the service they rendered
