Rob and his team were really excellent at handling the damp proofing and also leak repair works in my Victorian terrace house basement flat near the Level. They're very experienced and professional, which was really reassuring as damp proofing a basement flat thoroughly is key to being able to live there comfortably for years to come. Clear communication and really top notch service - would highly recommend.

Rob and his team were excellent to deal with throughout. They did a brilliant job on our roof, repairing fire walls and fixing up where we had water getting in. They also replaced damaged flooring around where a toilet had been leaking. The team were flexible, professional and communicated to us really well throughout about what they were doing. Would definitely recommend.

I don't like writing negative reviews but just thought I'd put down in writing what happened to me.I needed to get my cavity wall insulation checked out due to a possible damp issue.After reading the reviews Rob's company looked a no brainer.I found the communication really poor and I had to keep chasing for answers. Was told I had to pay upfront for the damp survey which I did but then had to chase to confirm the timings etc. I was away on business but my neighbour was aware of what was required.Rob mentioned they were busy but still took my money but then never communicated with my neighbour to confirm timings. I had to chase everything to be told every time they were busy but could fit me in.Long story short, they turned up for ten minutes, took a brick out to find no cavity wall insulation then left without even repointing the brick they had removed! It was left like this for two weeks until I returned from my business trip. Upon calling Rob I was told it must have got lost in the melee! No actual damp report was written just a note to say no cavity wall insulation.£185 for that is a rip off and every time I called Rob he was busy.I'm sure they provide quality building work etc etc but I got ripped off.I’d just like to add now that Rob has replied.I did ask for them to contact me first before they came to repoint the brick and check the other cavity wall but again I received no reply and they came whilst I was out. As I have said, I don’t doubt their work, the communication is poor.The damp report doesn’t mention anything other than ‘no cavity wall installation fitted’I had expected a bit more than that.

Rob and his team cleared up a damp problem that we have had for years. Rob is very knowledgeable and his quote was thorough. He was the only company who quoted (out of five) prepared to do not just the internal work but also the external works required to fix the issues. Excellent work, very tidy, quick and I am very happy to recommend them.

Rob and his team did an excellent job. I had quite a bit of work done to the ground floor. The guys protected all the surfaces and took care around the house. They were very professional, friendly and easy to get on with. They kept me informed as to what they were doing and the progress. There was no downtime throughout the process. It all seemed to work like clockwork. The end result looks great and I am really pleased with it. Really easy to do business with. Would definitely recommend.

Rob was very accommodating with timings of the works as well as being punctual. Provided good communication throughout the process and gave honest /fair advice. The quality of the work was excellent and we are very pleased with the finish. Highly recommend.

Rob and his team did a professional job in an old mews house to remove damaged plaster and render, dampproof the walls and re-plaster.They kept us informed of what they were doing, did the job on time and charged as per the quote.Having people in your house for 6 days doing dirty and noisy work is never easy but they made it as painless as possible. We were particularly impressed by the way they protected our furniture and carpets and by their scrupulous cleaning and tidying at the end of the job. We would recommend then .

Brighton Damp Proofers conducted a very thorough and informative damp survey for a house I am considering buying. Rob then took me through all the points in the survey. His advice was especially helpful when considering how to take care of bungaroosh housing stock. I would recommend their service for thorough, impartial advice.

Rob and his team were great - friendly, knowledgable and thorough and no nonsense. We had a rising damp problem and the work they did was great. Although they were really busy they were really accommodating to help as quickly as they could.

We had an internal patch of damp repaired and replastered by Rob and his team and we are really pleased with the job they completed for us. We have been putting off getting it sorted for ages as we thought it would cause so much disruption but they did a really careful job, left no mess and left it ready to decorate.
