Advertised at 24 hours on the NCP website, but closes at 9pm!

Unable to pay by credit card at any of the pay points. No staff on duty. We were trapped with several other people in the car park for the best part of half an hour.

Parked at 8.15 and returned at 9.45 to find the car park locked, despite the car park being advertised as 24-hour. Another gentleman also had the same problem, but after 5/10 minutes of speaking to two operators over the voice box- one who seemed like she was trying to help and one who seemed to enjoy the fact we were locked out- a man came down to unlock the gate for us. The car park was still half-full so I'm guessing a lot of people were unaware this closes at 9pm as they cleverly disguise little printed A4 signs in hard to see places.Basically, I'd strongly recommend avoiding this place at night.

Good prices (cheaper than both Chantry Place & Castle Quarter). Shame it's not open 24hrs. Also literally every time I park here the stairwell reeks of urine and the building itself is in a very poor state of repair. If you're staying in Norwich for less than 5 hours this will be ok but any longer you'd be best to look elsewhere

Easy to find, disabled space was good normal size, but leaving the car park was incredibly difficult with a small lift not practical for someone in a wheelchair or mobility scooter, very difficult.

The car park had plenty of disabled parking spaces. However when we came to use the lift, it was not in use. Whether this was for covid reasons I don't know . Luckily I was able to use the stairs, but my husband had to carry down my wheelchair. I think details like this should be made known as anyone who is always in a wheelchair would have to be pushed down the slope not very safe!

Googled the car park to see it was open late and suited our plans for the day. Went to the car park that night to find it had closed at 9pm with just a small sign in a discreet location saying so. Yet the car park still advertises 24 hour parking and an evening rate between 6pm and 11:59pm. For £23 for 10 hours parking I expect much better than this, especially on a Saturday night. Even the chap working at the travelodge next door and several large groups of visitors staying there were unaware of the change! Fortunately, someone had actually gotten locked in the car park and had to be let out so we *just* managed to persuade the warden to let us grab our car too. Will not be using again though. Ridiculous price for ridiculous service.

There was a massive queue for 15/20 mins around 5:45pm today leaving the carpark as the barrier wouldn’t open!So myself and around 20-30 others were bumper to bumper wondering what was going on.Eventually, we had to go out of the other barrier (the entrance)It’s a good job it’s school holidays and I didn’t have to collect my daughter from after school club..

Closes at 9pm. Really? I know, there are signs, but I'm not really looking for those when trying to navigate my way into an unfamiliar car park. Using the intercom to try and get someone to at least let us back into get our house keys from the imprisoned car didn't yield any joy either. Oh well - luckily we had friends who didn't mind the extra house guests.
