I’d highly recommend Heat Plex for any boiler related repairs, servicing and advice. Joe who runs the company does most of the work himself. He is a reliable, genuine and trustworthy guy. Always delivers a great service, fair on price and delivers to a high standard. I’m sure he and his team can deliver broader household HVAC services too beyond boiler/heating systems.

We have used Heat Plex on a number of occasions for heating, plumbing and boiler repairs/installations. They also assisted with smart tech installation. On every occasion, Joe and his team have been punctual, professional and friendly every step of the way. No matter how big or small the problem, they are always happy to help and we couldn't have asked for more with regards to their responsiveness and support. Could not recommend Heat Plex enough!

We've used Joe for quite a few years now. He does our annual boiler and gas fire service plus we also used him when we had a leak under our bath and more recently to replace all of the valves on our radiators. We are more than happy with the services that Joe provides. He's responsive, honest, friendly and courteous. I find that it can be difficult to get good tradespeople at the moment, especially ones that are responsive and I'm so glad that we found Joe a few years ago and can rely on him!

I've been using Joe for years - since he was a one man band. He's serviced our own boiler, as well as carrying out service and safety maintenance on our rental property. Joe came to install a Nest smart thermostat for us.He was friendly, professional and very knowledgeable. In around one hour the job was complete at a good price. He showed us how the unit works and got it set up on our WiFi.I would highly recommend!
