I paid for a massage and a head massage for my partner as a late valentines gift, and a treat after finishing chemo. this place accommodated us at short notice after being let down twice at other places.The lady we met was lovely, friendly and she seemed to be very good at the massages she gave. I enjoyed the music and thought the atmosphere was very nice all in all. It also smells amazing! Massage isn’t my thing, but my partner was very happy.I saw a review that mentioned no changing rooms, but you are massaged in a private room and you change in their without the staff present. So I wouldn’t rate lower for that.

I had an absolutely incredible massage from Nan. I came in with severe shoulder and neck pain and left feeling so much better. Would highly recommend, thank you Nan!

Filthy place unprofessional staff run down booked couples massage 1 hr started late finished early long nails scratched my entire body was wearing dirty personal clothing like therapist jus came in from park with dog walk then decides to leave treatment half way to talk to someone whatever oil the therapist used left my entire skin itchy and full of rash I asked her not to touch my hair did not listen the response was u not know about Thai massage u not had!!food being cooked opposite dirty toilet on dirty sink where u wash ur hands defiantly do not recommend hygiene-10 attitude of therapist appalling no sense of customer care save ur money and health

We have being coming here for 10 years now. Best Thai massage for us. Bam and her staffs are very friendly and professional. I give a 5 star for massage, cleanliness, customer service. Recently they have started Thai food as well and we love it too. Food is super authentic and fresh.

What a shocking Customer service , I booked an hour session for 2 people at around 11am as a gift and I was told it is booked for 5pm , I called around 4 pm to make sure everything is still ok and I was told YES.When we turned up, no one was there after 10 minutes knocking the door , someone came to us very rude and said they had double booking and they can’t serve us now either wait to 5:30 or maybe 6pm or cancel then she shut the door on us and left!!! .How on earth you can treat your customers like this .It was a gift for two people and you ruined it . at least be polite! and say sorry that you can’t manage the simple booking.Regardless you are short staff or whatever …That is why businesses like this goes down .

If you appreciate authentic Thai massage - I highly recommend! I love coming here, it’s a really special place. It’s a cool and rustic building .. not a fancy spa .. but if excellent Thai massage is what you’re looking for then look no further. Bam and her therapists are highly skilled at what they do.

I booked for hot stones 1h and honestly I feel so disappointed. I wouldn't say it is a waste of money because at the end of the session I did feel more pain free. However the overall experience was poor.1. I entered the place and there was no hello" or anything. The first thing I got told was "huh?". Obviously I said hello but I didn't even get an eye contact or anything.2. I was told to go into the room and wait for my therapist to come. When she arrived

Highly recommend this place! I absolutely loved it every minute, well worth it! I had my Thai massage from a lovely lady called Ann. Highly recommend her, her techniques were incredible, I feel like a new woman! Thank you Ann I will see you again for sure!

I’m really sad to write this review. I’ve been to Thai massage many times and I’m always really happy. Today my massage was interrupted by the therapists son (I’m guessing 2 or 3 years old) who was distressed and crying. She let him stay in the room for 20 whole minutes until the end of my treatment which was cut short of the whole hour. Obviously it’s meant to be relaxing which is difficult to do when you’re half naked with a small boy crying in the same room as you. I didn’t pay full price (even that was a negotiation rather than an offer which I felt it should have been) I’ve always enjoyed the flexibility of last minutes bookings but it would have been better for them to not allow the booking if they didn’t have enough staff/childcare.I’m really disappointed as I don’t think I’d be able to return after this ☹️

Been going here regularly for months and it’s always the best massage. I’ve had massages with both Bam and Louie and they are both just amazing. I always come out feeling so much better and so much lighter. I recommend to everyone in Windsor x
