Very responsive, quick service and went above and beyond , as well as replacing cold water outlet for washing machine, made sure the old hot one was safely blocked.

Spoke to Gerard this morning and by this afternoon his lads had my new kitchen tap fitted! Great service, very professional - in and out in 30mins! Thank you Helpful Plumber!

I had my bath removed and a shower cubicle installed. It involved removing my old bath, realigning the plumbing and electrical supply, adding attractive wall boards of my choice to the walls and replacing flooring to suit the new arrangement . Overall a major improvement over the old especially as it created more space to enable me to add a cabinet for storing bathroom items.The whole process was dealt with in a very professional and efficient manner. Once started the team had converted my bathroom from old to new in two days. Needless to say if I ever need any plumbing work/repairs carried out it will be Helpful Plumber Ltd that will be my first port of call. I thoroughly recommend them to anyone else needing similar work carried out.

We had both our bathrooms refurbished, Gerard was very prompt to respond to emails and made very helpful suggestions while bearing in mind our budget (suggested what we could do ourselves/what didn't need doing at all/extra things that would make a big difference). We only gave quite minimal input on what we wanted doing, and Gerard sorted everything out with the design etc.Their quote was very reasonable, and work was done to a high standard in quite a short time! The fitters made sure to tidy up at the end of each day, took me through what had been done and what they aimed to do the next day.Overall, very satisfied with our new bathrooms and would definitely recommend Helpful Plumber! It couldn't have been a simpler process.

Had tried looking for a local plumber for a few weeks and came across this company when I saw one of their vans at another local address. Made contact and they organised a visit within a couple of days. Arrived on time, carried out the jobs very efficiently, and left it all clean and tidy.I liked the fact that they gave me a quote for the work before starting the job, and then sent an invoice the next day for payment via BACS rather than expect payment straight away.Altogether excellent service, and I would highly recommend these guys.
