Rude staff! No customer service at all. I called this place this morning, a man answered the phone saying “yes”. I mentioned I’d need to call back to confirm some details and the man hung up the phone without a word. I would be a fool to call back and do business with them, it would be downhill from there.

Keep to your words. Behaves like he is the only mechanic in the UK. Been trying to get an appointment , you promised to check my car after you returned from Vietnam . I waited for you only for you to tell me you dint have time to do my car after you returned from Vietnam.
