If you want to get ripped off then this is the place to come. I took my car here when it went into limp mode. Nass check it out and said it was a turbo problem. He said it was going to cost £800.00 and I agreed to get it fixed. Nass sent my turbo off to get refurbished n called me back saying my turbo has two turbo's in it a big one and a little one, he convinced me to get them both repaired as it would be cheaper to get them fixed while the turbo was already off and it was going to cost £1500.00 I just wanted my car fixed so I agreed to it. After about 2 weeks Nass gave my car back. I took it on the motorway, after only 15 minutes of driving it went back into limp mode (the exact same problem I had in the first place) so I took it back. Turns out that it was a burst air pipe that was connected to the turbo (£150.00 job) I knew there was something fishy going on because when I took my car to him the turbo was not making any unusual sound, no black smoke blowing out the exhaust yet he convinced me by showing me the error on his computer that it was definitely a turbo problem. What really annoyed me was the fact that he told me my turbo was shattered when he took it off and he had a photo of it but when I asked to see the picture he wouldn't show me. This guy is a proper cowboy! I will never take my car back this monkey.

Terrible service, do not trust them with your car. I took my Audi to them with starting problems, they removed some inlet flaps and charged me £250 and didn't cure the problem, they also scratched my car and denied it.I have now taken it to an Audi specialist, turns out the problem was a DMF, problem now sorted.

Avoid & be warned!! The issue will be one thing & they will try and charge you for something else way more expensive. Take it in with a problem they will give it you back with another problem. Crooks and prime example of toying with your car so you have no choice but to go back and spend spend spend.

Avoid!!! They will keep asking for money for things that don’t even need to be fixed and your car will come back with even worse problems!!!

Having recently moved to the area, I was in search of a local independent mechanic. I found Nass Tech Autos Ltd on line. From the moment I first contacted Kamram for a service and diagnostics quote to the completion of the work, and then after service care, Kamram and his team were extremely professional, and helpful. All work was reasonably quoted, and efficiently completed. And the lift home after dropping my car off was an added surprise and bonus! I’ll definitely be taking my car back to them.

i went to get my seat belt replaced at this garage and experienced a cowboy job from a so called 'specialist'. the seat belt had no tension and soon realized they just tied a knot with the belt at the bottom and they charged me £80 for this. And they refused to fix the issue!!!!! Seriously disappointed by this awful unprofessional garage full of cow boys!!! Would not recommend

Came across Nass Tech Autos by chance when looking for a VW specialist online and now I would not take my car elsewhere. Anyone I have come to contact with has been helpful, professional & courteous. Thanks to Kamran for collecting the car from home for me! Excellent service and I would not hesitate to recommend these guys to anyone.
