One star if that took my phone in to replace the screen first screen they gave me was faulty and was turning my phone on and off i took it straight back and they put a 2nd one on and that was fine up until yesterday thats a week since they fixed it and my screens playing up waste of £80 ridiculous. The shop was great until it was taken over by new management

Had charging port replaced... £20, no receipt. Got home and I couldn't make any calls on the phone, took it back and they wanted another £35 to fix the problem even though it was fine other than the charging point when they first had it.....

Fast mobile phone repairing service. I changed my iPhone 11 cracked screen in an hour. Wonderful staffs. Recommended gor cellphone repair and accessories.

Never again going here! My Sony Xperia m2 was working great only the charging port needed fixed so they done it but came bk came with SIM tray damaged then touch screen was damaged. Only charged me for charging port and took the blame for SIM tray but blamed me for touch screen

Took my son's new phone in for repair, waited 8 weeks to get back to be told it can not be fixed, then find out out parts missing from phone. To rip people off like that is disgusting. We had to keep chasing them up to find out about the phone and constantly gave us excuse after excuse. We will be taking this further.

Took my son's ps4 in for HDMI repair. Said he fixed it but got it back and still didn't work AND fan now had a problem. He said it was fixed and I must've broke it after one day again!! BUT he has offered a refund anyway. It's now been in his store for 3 months and I will be taking him to small claims court over this. He deletes all my messages on facebook as he doesn't want others seeing how bad his service is and what a disgrace he is. He has had my son's ps4 for 3 months now!!!! He keeps offering 50 refund back but I am due more as he has broke it even more and is doesn't work at all now!! HONESTLY CAN'T STRESS ENOUGH TO STAY AWAY FROM THIS SHOP. And before he says oh this is a competitor out to get me believe me it's not, I stay in stevenston and just want what I'm owed so I can buy my son a replacement ps4!!! RAMAZAN I WILL BE SEEING YOU IN COURT AND IT WILL COST YOU ALOT MORE THAN £150 BELIEVE ME!!!!

I went there today to ask if they can fix my kazam phone, they told me no cause they don't have the parts, so I bought a new phone and they told me it was unlocked and it even said it on the wee yellow sticker, so I got it and then when I got to my girlfriends house I tried to put my other sims into it and it said insert sim card, am bloody raging about it cause the phone was £80 that I bought off them. Am definitely taking it back tomorrow.

STAY CLEAR .Tablet went in for a simple charging port repair. 4 weeks later I was told I would need a new screen as they had broken it and another 4 weeks later they had still failed to get one.A £30 job escalated into a £200 job and after 48 weeks I gave up and reclaimed my tablet which was now wrecked.Staff are rude and don't return calls.
