Enterprise Car & Van Hire - Wolverhampton City Centre

I recently had the pleasure of dealing with Enterprise, and I couldn't be more delighted with the level of service I received. Tarun and Yusuf, two of their dedicated staff members, went above and beyond to assist me in upgrading my car promptly.From the moment I walked into the Enterprise location, I was greeted with a warm and friendly atmosphere. Tarun and Yusuf were courteous and extremely knowledgeable about their inventory and the available options for an upgrade. They listened attentively to my preferences and budget constraints, ensuring that I got the best possible deal.What truly impressed me was their commitment to making the entire process hassle-free. Tarun and Yusuf expedited the paperwork and ensured that I was on my way with my new car in no time. Their efficiency and professionalism were truly remarkable.Enterprise's dedication to customer satisfaction is evident through its exceptional staff like Tarun and Yusuf. Staff at this place are amazing. Helpful, friendly. Went out of their way to fulfil my order.The same can't be said of the car. Uncomfortable and a little bit cramped .

Made a reservation from Canada for when I was visiting the UK.Great place, great prices, special shout out to Sonya, who got me a great deal for the 2 weeks I was there, will definitely be booking with them for future trips back to UK

These guys and gals are amazing. Helped us out so much on a recent hire. They were helpful, kind, professional and more. Fantastic customer service experience wow the car I had amazing

Enterprise couldn’t provide a Cat A vehicle after my car accident that my insurance would’ve provided. Instead, I had to pay for a Cat C vehicle or simply go without. Although I’m disabled I wasn’t priority on getting a Cat A vehicle from Enterprise.When I came to drop off the Cat C vehicle. I was told I had damaged the vehicle by way of a ‘fresh, new’ dent/scratch.I believe because I was an alone, young, disabled female the staff were trying to claim I had damaged the vehicle and I was lying about not damaging it.When my father came into the Enterprise office with a video of the vehicle from collection, their ‘concerns’ and claims were quashed immediately.I do think my position was used against me. This was at the Enterprise branch - 20 Birmingham Road, Wolverhampton, WV2 3LH.I wouldn’t recommend this branch if you are young/female/disabled as this was clearly used against me.Should you have to use Enterprise, make sure you comprehensively video the exterior and interior of the vehicle and any tiny marks whilst the staff are watching so they cannot make any false claims. Absolutely shocking service collected the car Nissan juke or similar it said on 6th July 2023 arrived fine credit card details given told what car we would be having blue Vauxhall cross lander. Car wasn’t cleaned to standard as a none smoker you could smell stale cigarette smell the car was filthy on the out side marks over the windows scratched doors scuffed alloys not something I’d of expected again for the price I’d paid. Before we drove off the employer told her the car had to be back for 13:30 10th July as it was getting close to 13:30 on the 6th which was fine. The car was a great car to drive over all just what I’ve said in the description above that let it down… on returning the vehicle it was 13:12 on the 10th July. I returned to a male with grey trousers glasses and he was wearing a pair of Nike airforce trainers. He came out to inspect the vehicle while he was doing this I explained that I wasn’t entirely happy with the state of the vehicle he couldn’t apologise enough he said he would make sure we got an extra £20 back for the state of the car. He said there is nothing for me to do and I will get a email receipt. I left. 2 days later I didn’t get that extra £20 in-fact I got charged an extra £60 for the car being charged an extra day as in the receipt it was apparently after 15:00 I returned the vehicle. I rang the Wolverhampton branch immediately. To be told sorry for the mix up it will be retuned however they said we knew we wasn’t happy with the state of the car but could we still give them a 5 star review I said as soon as the money hits my bank yes I will. Well the money hit my bank and they took it straight back out again. So has of today Saturday 22nd July I am going up to the branch in Wolverhampton and have contacted the fraud team at my bank as this payment to go back out wasn’t authorised.

No stars !! Do not recommend!!I had already read the reviews was not willing to hire him as my driving instructor but I was in a hurry so I had no choice then him , so thought of giving it a try but he came out to be exactly described in the reviews and not a good lesson according to the price , I had to cry after the lesson with him he made me feel that bad .Dissatisfied with lesson according to the price he charges .Don’t waste money here !! There are better driving instructors who actually can encourage you rather than discourage.

Highly recommended Enterprise Wolverhampton, I have used them many times and will continue to use them in the future. Ivy has served me many times and is a great and bubbly staff member, thank you for you help and assistance Ivy.I have always felt as ease using enterprises rental cars compared to using other companies in the past.The whole staff team is great and work together as a family.Thank you so much

ABSOLUTELY DYABOLICAL SERVICE, kept waiting outside for longer than an hour to be picked up to collect our rented car. Excuses excuses excuses! Radiculous! Will NEVER EVER use this company again! Chased them 6/7 times, always say 10 minutes, 10 minutes 10 minutes. Aweful company, do not use them unless you want to be messed around!
