I had a very nice experience with a friendly, professional driver. I accidently left my phone in the car, and didn't realise until a few hours later. When I called to ask if they had it and to see when I could come pick it up, they offered to drive it to my home to save me the trip. Great customer service! Will definitely be using them again in the future.

Very accommodating young man. Ready and waiting at the station and even came to the easier exit for me. Gave a quote and stuck to it even though the fair was going to be more. Really lovely chap to talk to. Thanks very much

Terrible! Broke my suitcase whilst carrying it across town to store it. Didn't have my purse on me at the time as I didn't expect I'd be needing it. When I explained this to the driver and asked if he could leave me back to my apartment to get my purse in order to pay him he responded with a complete lack of empathy and a disgusting attitude. He even followed me into a store I was withdrawing money from to make sure I paid him. Horrible. Would never go with this company again.

I love this company they always help me me and pick me up always take me shopping to the door and makes sure im ok, always turn up when they say the will and never never late, they've been beyond helpful while I've been ill and they regularly ask my husband how I am and if they can help at all....In my eyes these and Sean's are the best taxi service in bangor.
