Matley Post Office

Busy little place but I’ve always found owner and staff helpful and friendly always like to serve people quickly efficiently. Can’t Thank them enough

Terrible service. Server had a go at a woman barely able to stand from cancer treatment for having too many parcels" for postage

Have to agree with the last post. The older man that works there is rude. Always serving people that arrive before people who are in the post office queue. When confronted with the issue, said that it's not his job and he needs to focus on the shop clients. Plain rude. Stoped serving me halfway to go and serve someone in the shop queue. The other staff members are nice but that man is just awful!

Lovely people, customer service is friendly. Only had one issue when the lady tried to open a package (I’d already sealed) to make it smaller, despite me saying ‘it’s ok, I’ll pay the extra’ as it was going 1st Class Signed For anyway.Apart from that, nice people in general.
