Today I got the worst experience from this store, me and my husband went for the shopping and after buying a list of groceries he bought 1 beer from the store. The lady in the self billing section asked for id and he showed his id, but the lady needs my id also for that 1 beer. And I was ready to show my id on phone also but she needs physical copy, I didn't get that why that lady behaving so rudely with the customer. I don't think she got enough training to attend customers, very much disappointed today because of the staff.

Worst staff in the store, I will not go to the store again. The lady who is standing in self checkout section behaving so rudely with the customers.

Horrible dirty place, birds in the roof, you can hear the sound they make from inside the store, I would avoid.

Many of the staff members are very bad and not giving respect to the customers. I don’t think they have ever been trained for their jobs.There is an overweighted security man who’s lost many of his teeth has no respect for customers and even himself, and interfering staffs and customers’ conversations.I would rather not do shopping in this store.When you try to figure out something, they have no patience for explaining things to customers.It’s not fair to deny that there are some good people, particularly the managers of this store. They’re decent people.There’s a German phrase saying: my customer is my king. It means that; respecting customers is the business owner’s priority. As Lidl is from German, the managers of this store have to sack many of the disrespectful employees or give them some proper trainings.

Nice and budget friendly products, and its still the same.

Entirely adequate. Good range of stock, reasonable prices and quality. The in store bakery is fairly expensive but some items sell out fairly fast.

Mega busy shop well stocked even though it’s that busy however there are not enough checkouts open for the big Qs they have I think more checkout should be open the self service is always mega busy and one check out for people with full trolleys are not enough

I have mixed feelings about it as depends but I go here often so mostly good. There are times though that I am disappointed to find they still haven't restocked an item that I buy regularly and they are unable to say when it will be
