The place to buy Leica if you want good old fashioned service. They have real world knowledge of the brand, new or classic.When you’re buying this brand the service from the dealer is just as important as the product itself. Highly recommended.

AVOID AVOID AVOID. That was my worst customer service in the UK. I wanted to return an item I’m not satisfied with after one week and they literally ‘kicked me out’ of the store. You can’t believe how they were arrogant, accusatory, rude and annoying.I don’t understand how that kind of business can survive. I don't think anyone would want to deal with such people.**Please see my answer to the owner’s response below:I would be obliged if you shared with me footage from the moment I entered your store until the moment I left. As you mention my tone, I would appreciate the opportunity to review the same, as well as the tone and conduct of your staff, in order to ascertain what further action or legal recourse you (or indeed I) may take as a result of the interaction in your store. Given you specifically reference my manner and propose that you can prove my wrongdoing in my recent (dreadful) attendance at your store, I assume your footage has audio recording. Please reply to this comment affirming that you are able to do the above, and I will email your company address in order for you to share the footage. Many thanks in advance for your compliance with this request, before you “take this further”, whatever that may mean.

Don’t know the name of the employee or person who was in, but the experience was appalling. I went in looking to buy film for cameras I recently bought. The man wouldn’t even take a look at my cameras because they were Russian made. He made some nasty remarks and sent me on my way. Put simply, he had no interest in tending to his customers, as if I were wasting his time, and secondly just plainly and blatantly rude. No such person should be working or running a business. Clearly no love, enthusiasm or passion for his craft nor his customers. Truly sad and disappointing.
