Connells Estate Agents Bletchley

I am a landlord for the past 5 yrs + and originally purchased my property from Connells and use their fully managed service in Bletchley, for that duration.I find all the staff extremely helpful when I contact the office with a query – they are fair to both tenants and landlords, which sometimes would need very delicate negotiation and patience, and approach issues with good communication skills and advice which is usually helpful to me. The team are all friendly and polite and I must commend Robbie, Kathleen and Natalie for their attentive assistance over the past few years.

I was looking for accommodation for my adult sons. Olivia was brilliant and made the whole process really easy, and communicated everything well.The boys are now settled. Thank you Olivia

Whilst we had issues, lack of communication from the previous Branch Manager being the biggest one just left and moved to another branch without saying anything.Daniel however from the off was great!If it wasn't for him stepping in where I needed him to this could have gone a lot differently, his responses were rapid regardless of it being an email or phone call to keep me updated or to check something, he took on far more of the house buying process with myself than was required of him, he is a massive asset to your company and of all the estate agents that I went and looked at properties with he was the most knowledgeable, genuine and down to earth person that I had contact with.Thank you again for your work on this Daniel I know I'm not the most easy-going of people when things don't go to plan, but you helped ease the stress where possible.

I stayed in the property for more than 4.5 years, the landlady is the best and was very supportive and helpful always. Icing on the cake is the support from Connells team, everyone right from the person (Natalie) who showed us the property to the one who is the property manager Kathleen Milne/ Roberta Lewthwaite, every one is exceptional with their service. Special Thanks to Kath as she was Single contact for many years and was always prompt to emails and get the issues resolved. Checking out of the property was also so smooth, everyone supported in all aspects.My heartfelt thanks to the entire team for our smooth stay in the property.

The lettings/property management team on 188 Queensway are excellent. I have frequent dealings with Natalie Mallard, Roberta Lewthwaite and Kathleen Milne, they are professional, helpful and very good at their jobs. As a residential landlord I have been using their services for the past 15 years as Castles, Touchstone and now Connells. I have had a number of very satisfied tenants, I have seen that they sort any problem a tenant reports quickly and effectively. They keep their landlords informed at every stage and are friendly and a pleasure to work with. I can highly recommend them. Thank you very much for all you do.

The team have been great. I had a very stressful purchase with numerous hold ups due to issues with the leasehold flat. The solicitors were all useless in chasing things up and keeping me in the loop but I could rely on Connells sales team to help try and hurry the process along. They were the ones who discovered the free holder hadn't even competed their valuation survey 2 months into the buying process! I'm very grateful to finally be in my new home and would recommend the team.
