First time sleeping in this hotel and will be the last. We stayed for 3 nights and couldn't believe how dirty the room was. As we walked in it smelled so bad there was mould all in the shower and shower curtain, cobwebs all on the curtains, dirty cups, behind the bed where the light is had hair and sticky stuff all over it. And there was a strange noise all day and night that didn't stop. But was so disappointed wished we didn't stay here now.

incredibly dated. Breakfast was a box with some cornflakes and warm milk in which we had to eat in our room. Alarms going off from the industrial estate next door all night, no soundproofing so you can hear everything everyone else is doing. shower had a blocked drain. I understand that it's cheap and cheerful but considering I use hotel chains very regularly for work I really wasn't Impressed

More than adequate for my stay, been coming here for a few years now. Has a pefectly good bed, TV, kettle and shower. Was refrubuished in the last 2 years and they were replcing the carpets during my stay showing then do take care of the venue.

Everything you need for one night stay in Lowestoft. We stayed because we visited the Latitude Festival on Saturday. Good value.The room was a bit dark, but otherwise all good.

Good location for me on the edge of Lowestoft with large car park. Close to Tesco cafe and Harvester for food and drink. Staff were helpful. Quiet ground floor room was perfect for my needs.

Great staff, very helpful. Beds were comfy, room was adequate for the price. Harvester 1 minute walk for breakfast/lunch/dinner.

The room was clean and the bed was comfortable, adequate but a bit basic. The room was hot & the window only opened a little. It didn't help that we had a group of bikers visiting who woke us up leaving at 4.30 am.
