Kamil is a superb personal trainer helping me over achieve expectations in a very short period of time, he has the ability to push you past your limits and give you the drive to achieve your goals. I was very apprehensive about starting with a personal trainer but I can honestly say working with Kam has been one of the best decisions I have made, not only to increase my levels of fitness but to also improve my mental wellbeing.

Kam's attention to every detail of our fitness journey is fantastic. My partner and I have lost over 20lbs each and now we are focusing on body composition and strength. Kam has tailored our nutrition plans throughout to give us the very best results. In the gym he pays close attention to form and technique, making sure that we are getting the most out of every rep. He's very friendly and professional and always encourages us to push ourselves and challenge our limits. I have no hesitation recommending him to anyone looking for a personal trainer.

Not only is he an excellent trainer and able to tailor a programme to your specific needs, he is extremely knowledgeable about fitness, nutrition and physiology too. I’ve trained with Kam since October and have enjoyed every session both in the gym and online. He is a dedicated trainer who will go above and beyond consistently to help you reach your goals. My posture, strength, stamina and overall health has dramatically improved and I’ve lost over 6kg. I will continue to train with him to maintain my weight, increase my strength and further improve my nutrition.

I started working with Kam about 7 weeks ago doing 3 sessions a week. I was a bit nervous as I’d had a couple of months break from training but Kam instantly puts you at ease and is so friendly!Kam has been great at explaining techniques and has loads of amazing advice to get the most out of every single exercise. He was super encouraging throughout. He made the sessions fun and just the right level of challenging.Kam is so efficient & professional, he tracks and monitors your measurements and the weights you’re lifting so the programme is all fully personalised to you and your goals. He’s always happy to answer random questions which demonstrate his excellent knowledge and experience in the fitness & nutrition industry.He’s so observant too which allows him to suggest adjustments. The tweaks to my form have made a really big difference. The weights have been going up week on week, I’ve been feeling stronger and my fitness has certainly improved.Kam takes a genuine interest in your lifestyle, such as other exercise you might be doing, your sleep quality, what your diet is like, your energy levels and general well-being. This kind of support is often so under-rated but it’s so so important.Kam is a fantastic PT and I couldn’t recommend him more for total beginners right through to more advanced gym goers. If you’re thinking of giving Personal Training a go, would highly recommend speaking to Kam!

I trained with Kamil for around six months. Firstly to lose weight which we did very successfully, then over Zoom during lockdown which was great to have a routine and maintain fitness, lastly after lockdown to gain muscle. Kamil is very dedicated and reliable, I enjoyed using him as a PT.

I highly recommend kam for personal training. My meals plans have improved after kam fixing them, I have lost over 20 pounds and dropped 2 dress sizes. I feel a lot more fit and I have a lot more energy on my days off. I have used a lot of machines that I would have never thought to use and always makes sure my form is good to prevent injuries. Best PT I’ve ever had!

Kamil is an exceptional PT and helped me achieve my goals in an efficient manner. His communication skills are excellent and he is very good at pushing me that little bit further. I was extremely happy with the results, I initially signed up for 6 weeks but have continued to use his services as I was so pleased with the results.
