This place is awful. Took me 4 months to finally register and had to basically make a scene at the desk for them to do anything. First receptionist I spoke to lied to me face about the times of the registration because she finished in 30 minutes and didn’t want to have the work. Then every time I tried to book an appointment they couldn’t because for some reason you can’t book a normal appointment, only emergency ones and for someone that works full time in industry is quite hard to wake up early to spend hours on hold to book something with them. I had to cry on the phone to this lady because I had none of my asthma medication, kept trying to get more and they were just useless. Today I’ve been trying to call for 1 hour. They’ve been open since 8 according do google, it’s 9 now and the machine keeps saying they can’t pick up my call.Besides maybe a couple people they’re all wate of life and they should feel embarrassed to be this useless in their work place

Been with this practice for over 30 years . The service they provide used to be excellent and efficient however the surgery has slipped lower than I could have thought possible. Unhelpful, don’t reply to emails easier to phone the Pope. Wouldn’t wish this practice on anyone. Avoid at all costs could probably save your life and a lot stress trying to deal with them.

They stop taking people on for the E consult sometime before 11 and then will refuse to book an appointment, even if it multiple weeks out I spent an hour on the phone waiting for them just to be told call back tomorrow. I work in healthcare this is appalling treatmentIt was originally one star But after finally getting an appointment Staff at the deaf were friendly and helpful and the doctor did not have me waiting long was able to help with quick

Horrendous surgery & I'm on the path of either complaining to higher bodies or taking legal action.Like everyone else, I pay my taxes (more than my fair share) & so I expect at least an ok service. Furthermore, I have BUPA healthcare so I try and use as little of the NHS resources as possible.This isn’t the first time it’s taken a ridiculous amount of time but this time it’s been 7 weeks that I’ve been waiting for a simple form to be completed so that I can use my BUPA insurance.Numerous conversations & promises since, and still no form, so I can’t use the service which I pay for because of this surgeries pure incompetence.I even had the surgery manager, Matthew, call me last Wednesday (9 days ago) who promised me a calm back that Friday & assured me the form would be taken care of.Over a week later & what do you know, I haven’t heard a peep & they won’t even tell me how I can escalate the complaint which you’d think is just human rights!Embarrassing & for the staff here to have such a Rod up their arse (minus one or two) and think they’re high and mighty, and speak to you as if they’re somehow above you, is laughable.

Always polite and helpful. Appointments required. All GP surgeries have their own issues… people: learn to deal with it … it’s a valuable service that is funded by the Government!

Terrible. Laughed at by a doctor when bringing in my 4 month old baby, said I'm the problem not the baby. That baby then taken to A&E and diagnosed properly. When actually the baby was in agony and it was dismissed as colic.Attempted to get a repeat prescription, I've nearly withdrawn from all my meds as they are taking so long to even send it. Constantly calling and waiting longer than 40 minutes to even get through, even though it says I'm caller number 1?Take this as a WARNING. Do NOT sign up with this surgery.

Absolute waste of space and oxygen. Called first thing and told to fill out an e-consult form only to then be told to contact the surgery who then tell me to arrange an appointment with the push doctor who i spoke with and was told he'd referred me to the surgery for an appointment, now been waiting over 2 weeks, contacted after 7 days to chase up and was told it was on the doctors desk to arrange, still nothing 10 days on so I contacted the surgery again only to be told they've now received nothing. Incompetent or bare faced liers. Edit, sent for blood test and given a slot after the closing time to the hospitals frustration, still waiting for the results 10 days later. Literally couldn't make up how bad this lot are and scored the 2nd worst in southampton last week. You would think with the students away it would improve- at least for a couple of weeks but no.

I've been to a few surgeries in Southampton and they've all been rubbish, so I didn't expect much but my experience was totally different to the negative reviews on here. The reception team were very helpful on the phone and welcoming in person, I was seen on time by Stella who was very kind. Nicest staff I've encountered at a doctors surgery!

Absolutely horrible they don’t care for people who need help, first I tried to book an appointment and they kept saying go online so then I did as they said. I was told I’d get a phone call from a doctor multiple times but now it’s been weeks and weeks since I have been trying to get some help. I’ve always had eczema but this time im suffering badly from it and I can’t work because it’s hard to move my hands properly. I’ve now changed doctors and now hopefully they can at least talk to me about this.
