Fitness Beyond the Bump
I started Leanne’s classes 8 weeks after having my baby. I am someone who has always enjoyed exercise and being able to bring my baby made it possible to exercise again. I just wish Leanne was doing this when I had my first! Leanne and the other mums are very welcoming and Leanne will give you adaptations to exercises as necessary to ensure they are safe to do, I know how important this is as a physio! Also Leanne has shown how adaptable she is by quickly getting all classes set up on zoom so we could all continue to exercise when lockdown started.

Really enjoy Leanne's classes, each weeks workout is different and challenging and I look forward to coming each week. The classes are really friendly and welcoming as well. Would definitely recommend to anyone looking to get back into exercise after their little one.

Fitness Beyond the Bump
Leanne's classes are fab! I took part in buggy beat with Leanne, she makes classes fun and friendly. Leanne gave me the confidence to get back to fitness after having my daughter and it was a great added bonus that I didn't need to find childcare. A great way to meet other like minded mums and have fun whilst working out at the same time. Thanks Leanne!

Fitness Beyond the Bump
Before the first class I was nervous about taking my 18 month old, thinking that he would just want to run around and I wouldn’t get any exercise done but he loves going too, and even tries to join in with some exercises! The classes are great; you get a good workout with options to make it harder / easier and I love that the exercises are different each week. I always feel really happy and positive after a class. Leanne is so lovely and approachable and she really cares about the ladies who attend. I would definitely recommended Fitness Beyond the Bump!

Fitness Beyond the Bump
I was really nervous before going to my first class as I’d not done any exercise for a fair few years and definitely not since having my then 5 month old! I was desperate to shift some of the ‘baby weight’ and just get back to feeling like me. I needn’t have worried Leanne was so approachable and friendly and instantly made me feel welcomed. I loved having some time for me and even better I could take my baby with me so I didn’t need a babysitter! If your baby needs feeding or changing or cries during the session all is absolutely fine, you just see to your baby.Leanne gives lots options so regardless of your level of fitness you can access all the exercises. Every workout is varied with different equipment (supplied by her) so you don’t get bored. I made lots of friends (who I actually know the names of!) and really look forward to each and every session. 9 months on, I’m still going to classes around working full time and feel much fitter and more toned. Highly recommended!!! X

Leanne's classes are absolutely fantastic. They were recommended to me by a friend and I was eager to start them after the birth of my baby.I hadn't exercised properly since pre pregnancy so I felt quite unfit! I also did not want to go back to the gym because I didn't want to leave my little one.I felt so comfortable and welcome at my first class (Strong Mama) and it was a bonus being able to take my baby along. He also benefits as he gets to socialise with the other babies, which is very cute!Everyone who attends the class is just lovely and it's a really supportive group. I've also done the Buggy Beat which is great to do alongside Strong Mama.I look forward to Leanne's classes each week and can't recommend them enough. They have been the highlight of my maternity leave.

Fitness Beyond the Bump
I’ve been going to Leanne’s classes pretty much since the beginning of my maternity leave and it was one of the best things I could have done. It’s helped with my confidence and my fitness and I’ve made some lovely friends who understand what it’s like to be a new mum (again). Being able to bring my little boy to classes was amazing - I thought getting fit again would have to weight. Now my little boy is nearly one and we still love our classes. I‘d really recommend Fitness Beyond the Bump any new mum, give it a go!

Fitness Beyond the Bump
I started attending Leanne's classes after the birth of my daughter. The buggy beat classes were amazing, as a new mum it was wonderful to be outdoors enjoying exercise with my little girl. I was nervous at first, but Leanne is amazing and provides so much support. I can't recommend enough. Since I returned to work after mat leave I have continued to attend Leanne's classes. I do strong mama, a must if you want to get fit, strengthen up and have a giggle with a great group of ladies. Leanne has provided me with so much education relating to my fitness and nutrition her PT sessions are great and I am thrilled with the improvements in my physical health.....also, my little girl sometimes comes along too which is great :) Give it a go, you won't be disappointed. Thanks Leanne :)
