Harmonic Egg Newcastle

A beautiful peaceful experience! The harmonic egg is set in the heart of Newcastle inside a very charismatic building, I was met at the door by Claire and immediately made to feel at home. We chatted about “the egg”, what can be expected, and what I wanted to gain from the experience. Claire’s knowledge and enthusiasm is contagious, it was like talking to an old friend. Once inside the egg it was very comfortable and the sounds coming through the speakers were amazing. For the first 15 minutes it was relaxing and felt nice but nothing more, however it wasnt long before I was drifting between consciousness and sleep with a big smile on my face. It is such a peaceful place to be and gave me time to think with a clear mind. Once the time was up in the egg I spoke with Claire about the experience, i could have sat there for hours… next time i need to take the rest of the day off! I felt a deep sense of well-being and happiness for hours after and cant wait to do it all again :)

I was gifted some sessions for the harmonic egg for Christmas and while I wasn’t sure what to expect, I can’t recommend it enough. Claire is approachable and interested, getting to know you in a non-intrusive way to decide on the best protocols to suit you. The egg itself is a marvel, the first time can feel a little strange but it’s incredibly relaxing and every time I come out I feel a deep sense of peace which increases with each session. I had my first experience of The Harmonic Egg and it was wonderful!Claire was a fabulous host, taking the time to sit and explain the process with me before I went into the egg for my session.The Egg experience itself is incredibly relaxing. The time inside the egg flew by and I came out feeling upbeat and chilled!I've booked in for more sessions and would definitely recommend to anyone who wants more relaxation and peace in their life.

I recently visited Harmonic egg with my mother in law who since covid has lost confidence in going out and suffers with anxiety.Upon arrival Claire was very welcoming and made us feel at ease immediately firstly explaining what the buildings history was, Claire then explained the process to my mother in law who I must say was very sceptical and apprehensive about her appointment, she spent 40 mins in the Egg and in the words of Claire my mother in law came out like a giddy school girl feeling relaxed,rejuvenated and very calm , Claire then went onto explain the after effects and what can be expected. Claire was professional and very calming throughout the experience and not only will my mother in law will be revisiting, I will be making an appointment with her. Highly recommended for anyone suffering anxiety and stress.Thank you Claire see you again soon.

I had my first trip to the egg today, what can I say… wow! I absolutely loved it, very hard to describe and I know everyone goes for different reasons and have different programs but I can honestly say I feel different, better, softer (weird description but my brain feels like a marshmallow! Lush and soft!) I feel calmer and less stressed. And weirdly a pain I had in my left wrist is gone! Claire is one of the most soothingly calming people I’ve ever met, she was a great host to the egg and she definitely chose the right program for me, I can’t wait to go back!

It’s probably expected I will write an amazing review as Claire’s one of my good friends but in all honesty I was unexpectedly blown away.I must admit I was assuming I would feel relaxed and calm but the experience was so much more than that.First of all the egg is so big you don’t feel claustrophobic in the slightest and the atmosphere instantly makes you feel cosy, warm and grounded.Claire talked me through the process and what I was to expect so I felt at ease instantly.So professional and so passionate about her business and rightly so!The whole purpose of the egg is to calm your autonomic nervous system. Your autonomic nervous system basically runs the show and is responsible for running almost every system in your body so if that’s out of whack you are in trouble.A dysregulated nervous system can present like migraines, anxiety, digestive issues, dizziness and so on.While I was in the harmonic egg it felt as if it literally targeted all of the places I usually hold stress.I had tingles, pins and needles, waves of ice cold, flushes of hot. I fell asleep and my body relaxed for what felt like the first time in a long time but almost to the core.This is my first time in the harmonic egg but It won’t be the last!

I had my first session in the Harmonic Egg last week and can honestly say that I've never experienced anything like this...From start to finish, the whole thing was just lush! Claire is very welcoming and calming and explained the whole process thoroughly.. The surroundings are beautiful, calm and original and the egg fits in with it's home perfectly....The level of relaxation really was something indescribable! I came out of the egg feeling very floaty and relaxed.. I have slept so much better in the almost week following my first session and I feel that you really do have to try it for yourself, as every experience will be so different! Claire was amazing with me thank you! I went in with an open mind and studying clinical psychology I wasn’t actually expecting anything but the hour was incredible! Even though I didn’t realise we had chatted for an hour before hand! The egg gave me a chance to actually meditate without trying and felt like my anxiety and stress really had lifted!
