Over the moon with our new bathroom!We got out bathroom done in November and we couldn't be happier. Throughout the whole process all the members of staff where nothing but helpful and accomodating to our requests. We got exactly what we wanted at a reasonable price. Very happy and would 100% recommend.

Jack and his team did an amazing job at my flooring in my new build home. The team were so friendly and efficient every step of the way. Timing was perfect too as I had just moved in and it was all ready in time. Wouldn’t go anywhere else, high quality, highly recommend :)

AVOID AT ALL COSTS - RUBBISH COMPNAY.Would give zero stars if I could. Please read the negative reviews before purchasing from this place. How they treat customers is horrible. Please make sure you have in writing what you're going to order otherwise they will send you something that resembles your product and then charge you for it. They do not offer a reasonable returns policy so you will need to be 100% sure its the right product which you can't be beacuse they will send you something else. Please don't fall for there brochure trick, they will trick you and say it's not exactly like the brocure after you have paid. Please make sure you get a receipt and make sure you have everything written down from colour to make to dimensions.I can see from the reviews that this looks to be a regular occurrence. I have started a claim against this company as they try to make people suffer after they have received a payment.I offer advice to anyone reading this message, please please please look at other companies that supply these products and have a returns policy otherwise you will regret it.The owner Jack and the manager Julie think they can bully people and enjoy it when they hear the poor customers on the other end of the phone crying and pleading for help. They have a standard response to everything by calling all customers liar's. Yes, this was there response which left me shocked and humiliated.I have decided to file a claim and report them to watchdog. I dont think it will be too long before they're on watchdog as so many people are fed up of these guys.WARNING!!! PLEASE AVOID BATHROOM DEPOT AT ALL COSTS.

I visited the bathroom depot this week after speaking to julie on the phone. I only needed a small amount of taps but was invited down to be shown the different selections. Once I picked my taps Jack even carried them to my car for me! From the first phone call to leaving the depot with my order the customer service was second to none and nothing was ever too much.Thank you bathroom depot! I'll definitely be back

Poor customer service receivedWe booked our full bathroom to be replaced but due to issues at their end they had to move the start date of the work 5 separate times. While I understand some things are beyond control it was us chasing for updates regarding a start date and having to rearrange work commitments on 5 separate occasions.Once the work started we then realised on the first day that we had in fact been sent the incorrect tiles, when we called the shop we were told that was the name of the item on our order form, not quite sure how we are expected to have remembered all of the product names, we walked around the shop and physically pointed out the products that we wanted to Julie and she noted these down. When we complained about this and the level of customer care (as we had been repeatedly rushed off the phone as she seemed too busy to deal with our queries and we believed this contributed to the issues we had) the matter of Julie’s conduct was then ‘investigated’ by Julie herself who then returned an email saying how personally offended she was and that she had acted correctly. I am not quite sure on how you can impartially investigate your own conduct….?We were given only £30 off the total cost of the bathroom for all the trouble which was apparently the cost of two boxes of tiles. Though an extra 2 yards of tiles on the bill was £120?To top it off we were told that the ‘company did not respond well to threats’ when we said we would be writing a review about our experience.Only positive is the fitters were good, there was an issue with the sink but they came back to fix this the next day.I could go on further about rude comments that they made but overall would definitely not recommend this company- their level of customer care leaves a lot to be desired but the fitters did a good job

I had a bathroom fitted in August last year, thought everything was okay until today. I am having an extension fitted and the plumber is having to move the soil pipe and waste pipe from the bathroom. He tells me that the waste pipe from the bath and shower goes into one and the pipe has been reduced which shouldn't have been done as there is a chance the pipe could block. I telephoned and am told that they didn't quote for that. They tell me to ring if it blocks!!! They didn't seem to understand that it shouldn't have been done like that.

I fell into the trap of not looking at these reviews. If you are reading this please check out those negative reviews before you even contemplate a purchase.Please also look at their Trustpilot reviews they are even worse.They took over £1000 and just brushed it under the carpet saying no you did an incorrect order.It's quite funny to note that the response from them is that the customers are always lieing and that they never lie. Please be very careful when you look at what you want all those people above have been scammed and you could be next.I hope I have been a help to all of you that were about to purchase but then read this review.
