The receptionist and Dr Nair don't speak English very well. I cannot comment on whether or not Dr Nair is skilled at dentistry - I walked out the moment I realized that she intended to attempt providing healthcare without being able to communicate. Your experience may differ if you know Dr Nair's native language (she mentioned Brasil, so it is probably Portuguese). There were also minor red flags of her being clumsy when handling the dental chair and standing in my way when I requested to leave, both of which may be situational, but contributed to the overall air of unprofessionalism.

Worst dental practice I've ever been to. My partner was the patient, and on her first appointment we were kept waiting for an hour with no explanation other than Dr Marcos was out of the practice when he had patients waiting. There was no apology either when he returned. On the 2nd appointment we were waiting for over 30 mins, again no apology. On the 3rd, he was out of the office again, apparently on errands, this time I had something to say to the receptionist, he arrived without a care in the world, we had been kept waiting again. When my partner contacted them for a further appointment she was told that because I had words with the receptionist he had decided not to treat her any more, so not only is he unprofessional and has no manners he decided to punish my partner for his failings and lack of patient care. I would not recommend this practice unless you like waiting while your dentist is our running errands instead of seeing his patients.

I was recommended Oxford Dental Med by a work colleague and arrived at their practice with my teeth in a very poor condition. I was missing an upper incisor and 3 molars and my teeth had worn down due to my heavy bite. I had lost my confidence to smile and would hide away from being photographed. That was then but now following 4 implants to restore my missing teeth and frontal upper and lower porcelain veneers, I have a great set of teeth and my confidence is back: I just can't stop smiling. I must give a big thank you to the team at Oxford Dental Med being Dr. Marcos Antonio Machado, Dra. Nair Raquel Furoni and specialist Dr. Marcio Nucci for the fantastic work they did for me. Highly recommended.

Worst place you could possibly go to, i drove 1h30m to get to here as i came from Gloucester then waited for 1hour she got someone else in front after I’ve been waiting for 1 hour, sem respeito com os pacientes.

Exceeded my expectations, Dra. Nair Raquel Furoni was fantastic. She have a competitive prices and extremely professional on my last visit.

I really wouldn’t recommend this practice. No one rang me to tell me my dentist couldn’t make my appointment (it happens - I understand everyone has a personal life) so I turned up, waited 40 minutes, only to be told it would be another 20 minutes before I could be seen. That’s far too long when one phone call to rearrange the appointment is all it would have taken to rearrange another time. I won’t be going back.

I had the best experience with Dra Nair, very patient and very helpful, she knows what she is doing. If you need a good dentist, please dont hesitate.
