The Range, Great Western

Nice range of items at the range. I got a lovely Santa cushion.Also started a shop at the Iceland section then at checkout was told that you can't use your Iceland card. Was told that there were signs stating this outside and around the Iceland section. I never noticed any signs, not even at checkout where I was told this. Probably not a big issue if I'd popped in for a pint of milk but I really wanted to use my Iceland balance stored on the card.

Absolutely disgusted that The Range have products in Drumchapel with incorrect pricing. I purchased some canvases that were priced at £10, there was a pile of them, all priced at £10. Took to till where it was coming through as £28, l did not notice until l got my receipt. I spoke with the manager as this is clearly false advertising. The pricing was removed and l now have to wait 3-5days for my payment to be refunded. I did assume that l would recieve my product for the price advertised but was told this was not policy and due to The Range error, l am now £28 out of pocket for 3 to 5days, terrible customer service. I will not be back, the is the 2nd incident l have had with The Range

Very big store with plenty of stock however, very hard to get around the store as there was loads of pallets with stock all over the aisles which made this shopping experience a bit frustrating.

Just bought salad bowls at £1.71 eachWhen I went to check out they charge me £2.99 , I checked on line and reprice had dropped took the bowls back into the store and they refused to give me the lower price now I have to wait up to 5 days for my £12,00 backThis store is not customer rights orientated. , staff could be more helpful ??

Staff are dreadful. They have no manners, don't smile, don't make eye contact, and haven't got a clue where anything is in the store. They are always untidy with dirty hair and often chewing. As long as all they have to do is ring up what you are buying they are fine, but if you need anything like a bag or a refund they cannot cope. I've been in several times and it's always the same. They do have a great selection, so if you don't mind all that it's a great place! Just don't expect too much of them.

The store is well stocked. Sharon was extremely helpful - she went beyond and did it all with a smile ( artificial tree into a fiat 500). During my recent visit, no one looked dirty or greasy nor were they chewing. The place was clean, and despite being busy, the queue went down really quickly.Plenty of parking.

This store sells a wide variety of goods from household, car, pet, arts and crafts, decorating, gardening and now Christmas items. It is a clean, bright store and the staff are pleasant. Some of the store items are expensive but other items are reasonably priced. There is plenty of space for prams and wheelchair users and outside there's plenty of parking spaces including disability parking spaces. Worth a visit.

Needed pots for Xmas cactus x2 and other, couldn't find pots elsewhere as deemed seasonal but found the perfect ones here and really good value for money and was even lucky enough to find some side plates to use underneath the pots all for a good price. Hurrah.

Lovely store fabulous selection of everything and very reasonably pricedBought the teardrop mirror and the wallpaper. Looked lovely.
