Traditional Occasions promised and guaranteed that decor will be as discussed and even better before my wedding. However, they failed to keep their word on the actual day as they brought in the wrong centrepieces and notified us of things not working out 1hr before the wedding. Stage sofa was damaged and extremely worn out.My stage was supposed to have a mix of many flowers but these were only a handful.Management said its because I didn't tell them exactly how many on the invoice. This is a shame because they are the people who decorate, not me. I didn’t know I had to specify the exact number of flowers. If that was the case, shouldn’t I have been told that hey you need to tell us exactly how many flowers you want?My husband and I wanted to give this feedback face to face and tried to arrange a meeting, however the manager couldn't even do that. So much for customer service!Instead he offered £200 as a compensation for the biggest day of my life.I don't recommend this company for its lack of professionalism and organisation.

The brides entrance was from 5pm and they were running extremely late and did not complete half the stage and left it looking empty. The venue was extremely dirty with black marks all over the floor. The cooler was not working so they only provided 3 fans in a boiling room with 100 people, where people were about to faint due to the humidity and no fresh air. The owner Thambir spoke extremely rudely on the day and said he’ll cancel the mendhi when we mentioned about the stage issues. After the event he refuses to give the damaged deposit back not because anything was left damaged but because we complained about the issues that were done by his company. He does not acknowledge any fault and has appalling customer services. He verbally abuses females and does not have respect for others.

Used traditional occasions for my wedding from start to finish service was exceptional. Full package deal provided and dealt with very professionally. Highly recommend. Great director always there for any assistance and comes up with fast solution for any queries. Tip top service will be used throughout other family functions, highly recommended if you want a stress free, successful function.

The stage was outstanding as it was tailored made to perfection, again received compliments from her friends and family, some has asked to provide details for the event planner, I have referred it to Tamz who is the main person dealing with the booking side.Thank you again, May Allah reward your business and give Barakah in your earning (Ameen). The most calm, cool and collected company I had booked during my wedding period. The food was amazing and decor came out just the way I wanted, breathtaking. They helped my vision come to life. They’re also very helpful in suggesting other vendors which was very much needed and thoughtful. The catering was delicious and service was professional. I received many compliments from my guests in regards to the food. I appreciate the fact that Tanvir also attended our function. He ensured everything was going smoothly and in schedule. Overall, our experience with Traditional Occasion was definitely a positive experience. Thanks to them I have a wedding to remember! Definitely worth it!!
