Purchased a car from the above car sales and part exchanged mine. Great service, nothing too much trouble. Also put me 2 brand new tyres on and picked car up in great clean (polished) condition. Would reccomend and use again!

⚠️⚠️Terrible dealer⚠️⚠️ bought a peugeot off him and discovered a head gasket leak and got back to him and he got abusive and said there was nothing wrong with it and refused to help or refund. About 4 months later, discovered the oil cooler was replaces with a used one and not done properly with cheap sillicon and a head gasket failure and had to do so much fixing and going to garages and then the engine needed replacing so we sent it to a scrap yard. Please don't buy, I've seen lots of other people that have had the same experience and no one should have to buy a car that's fine" only to discover later that it needs a full new engine. Disappointed."

Do not buy from this man, having looked at a car and had a test ride I offered him almost the asking price and he became very abusive. How this man stays in business I will never know. As for the 3 month warranties they aren't worth the paper they are written on. AVOID this dealer at all costs.

My son as just bought his first car from Hancock cars,cannot fault the dealer, friendly, honest, good price, not a mark on the car, low mileage, plenty of fule in it, lots of choice for first time driver's, would absolutely recommend and buy again.Thankyou.

We were after a 2nd car, bought a lovely Fiesta, Glynn was just prepping it for sale, it wasn't even on the forecourt. Went back the same day to purchase it. Lovely car and we found Glynn very helpful. I personally would recommend Hancock Cars

Sold me a Fiat 500 hundred with multiple faults of which 4 would not pass an MOT.Wishbone bushes worn causing knockingBattery terminals loose do to incompatible battery. ( non stopstart)Shock absorber mounting corrosion.Service book doesn't show a service as mentioned at the point of sale.When approached just kept saying how good the car was because his wife had been using it ???

I bought a car from this company having checked it over 3 times behorehand. One the day of collection I became of suspicious of why the car had been parked so close to a fence and why the owner insisted that he drive in to a position where I could drive it away. Only when I got home and after a downpour did it become evident as the bonnet was covered in deep scratches that they'd obviously tried to hide with T Cut.I immediately took the car back and surprise, surprise they said the scratches had always been there and I must have missed them.The few days later I noticed that there was a grating sound so again I took it back to the garage owner again who said it was the wheel bearings and they were covered by the warranty he'd gave me.I phoned Olympic Warranties who said yes they were covered and I should take it to a reputable Peugeot dealer to inspect 1st of all. This I did and although the dealership confirmed the wheel bearings had gone, on phoning the warranty company, they were told that they weren't in fact covered. The dealership said that there was no way this car would have got through an MOT with this problem, despite the fact I had been given a full 12 months by the garage owner.As you can imagine I immediately took it back AGAIN, only for the garage owner to tell me the MOT was bona fide and he was refusing to get the work done.I'm being passed from pillar to post by the garage owner and the warranty company on a car I've only had a few weeks.For any future buyers from Hancock Cars, do so at your own risk. Don't take out any warranty, it's worthless and don't expect any sort of after service either.

Bought a little second car for partner about 9 months ago and up to now been no trouble at all running like a dream! Looking to purchase another for myself! Got a good selection at reasonable prices and all look clean and smart! Well recommended!

After having my car written off I called into Hancock's. Glynn was really helpful and nothing was too much trouble for him. Test drove a couple of cars and settled for a nice Fiesta. There was a couple of minor niggles which Glynn had sorted out immediately. Can't recommend Hancock's highly enough..
