Awesome hair stylist. I am always exstatic with my results. I would highly recommend. Greeted with a friendly service, smile and coffee. The atmosphere is amazing everyone gets involved in a conversation.The establishment is very clean and generally a nice place to be.

Every time I have visited the salon I have had nothing but an exceptional experience from the moment I walked in the door. All the staff are incredibly polite, friendly, approachable and professional. Hope is an excellent hairdresser who I trust with all my colours and services when I am unsure of what would suit me best. All the girls are brilliant stylists and put 110% into their work. Emily, Hope, Tori & Erin make a wonderful team. They all communicate so well. They make a cracking cup of tea too. Would highly recommend the salon.

That is not the person that I am.This is wholly unacceptable to treat a good natured customer like this and I have photographic evidence of what Hope did. CCTV will prove nothing other than what I have said is true. I also have your atrocious messages to me on FacebookIt's a shame that you have turned this into a slinging match. Bad quality of cut/colour.I have had the misfortune of having my hair coloured and cut here. When I broached the topic in store, the frantic and stressed hairstylist lied and said the colour around my face WAS done and it would show up in 2-3 days (magic perhaps?).She must not have been paying attention when I asked for a fringe starting at (whilst pointing to) my cheekbone, as she instead gave me a bizarre and uneven microfringe.The owner/ manager became abusive and aggressive when I discreetly and politely raised the issue via Facebook messenger. After days of this back and forth she has now blocked me; which is why I feel the need to warn others by writing this review.It would be great to get even a small refund back for the services not carried out and the one which was carried out badly.Makes you wonder how many others have been bullied by the manager/owner when they raise a concern about the quality of work.

So so impressed. Hope was lovely and put my worries at ease instantly. Found myself a new stylist :) recommend highly

Today was my 1st visit to this highly rated Central Kettering Hair Salon. (Good disabled parking by it.)I am 74, and was not sure about my grey hair colour as had natural white growing in quickly.Holly confidently transformed it.She did a thorough consultation, and recommended a full head of foils. Using 1 new Wella colour to inlay my roots, foils with 2 other new Wella colours.She washed my hair herself, and gave me a head massage while doing it. I felt pampered and relaxed. She kept my layers but trimmed them. Gave me volume with a spritz and careful blow dry.The result is silky and glossy hair beautifully coloured, that warmed my skin tone.Most importantly these colours covered a mixture of white silver and grey hair no problem!Holly will put the photos on Instagram but asked my permission first.##You are now my salon of choice ## Emily the owner kindly gave me a personalised 3 monthly treatments plan with all costs x 4 so clear about annual cost. Bravo.My impression is one of a talented team, who support each other and are friendly and welcoming to customers. The Hair Salon is over 2 floorsThey are transparent about costs. They do not take deposits. They use Fresha for bookings, my card details are securely held by Fresha. They issue a code when I pay to confirm payments.Clear policy on cancellations.Free Consultation and did not feel rushed at all. 5 STARS ALL THE WAY. THANKYOU. Debbie

Lily put a beautiful colour on my hair exactly how I wanted it. Great cut too, hair feels like it's had some much needed TLC. Emily gave my hair a very relaxing wash! All the girls have good chat and witty banter.

Came for a walk in haircut. Jaz was lovely and my hair was great. Was only a simple cut but she made sure it was the length I wanted. Will definitely come back next time I need a cut :)

I love coming to this salon!From the time you walk in until you leave you are made to feel so welcome. The girls at the Hair and Beauty lounge are so attentive they just can't do enough to make sure you are happy with your service and the overall experience whilst in the salon. My stylist was Hope who was and always is an incredible.hair stylist. I got just what I wanted, Hope's knowledge is so good and she is always extremely professional, she knew just what to do to achieve the end result I wanted. I just love my new blonde hair style & the colour is even better than I could have imagined.
