I have used Rhys williams Seren funreals for the burial of my mother, outstanding service from start to finish nothing was too much trouble for him.We did use another big concern funeral directors from pontypridd and had to move my mother from there as the service was appalling. We then contacted Rhys which was the premier league compared to the other.I can’t recommend this company enough would recommended to any family they will do you proud.

An amazing professional service. We used Seren funeral directors when my dad passed away. Rhys and his team are simply amazing and took every step to ensure what we wanted and needed were followed, little touches that we didn't think of he did which made a difficult experience a little easier.
