Place is a joke accusing my wee boy who is 5 of trying to steal from the shop when his mum was at the counter ready to pay none of my family will be back in the shop that’s for sure and they will be hearing from the papers soon they shouldn’t be able to run a shop with there attitude

The owner I am guessing is lovely, willing to please you spoke on phone for an order made me feel would do anything too please me

If i could it would be minus...1 star is for selection at cheap prices due to barely any custom.Due to The elder man who owns the shop.I must say, is an extremely intimidating and extremely verbally abusive towards me.I am disable and he has no time for people who may be slower shoppers that have severe disabilities which from outside one wouldn't know how they are.I am slow due to complications from the disabilities I have.There was an incident of which I shall be1. Making formal complaint to the police.2. To trading standards.I cannot help being disabled.They have to be schooled about what customer service is.Going for messages and then being verbally abused and extremely intimidated by this man is not on at all.
