After being let down from a previous company along with being quoted crazy prices I came across Kevin on Instagram. Right from the start when I contacted Kevin he was on hand to respond to all my queries.I was looking for a summerhouse with a budget in mind, I wanted an office/chillout area for myself and the family, i can happily say I got a cracking summerhouse built exactly how I wanted and all within my budget :)Kevin was very transparent, he ensured the whole process was run smoothly from start to finish, he recommended alternative cheaper solutions where possible whilst maintaining high standards, sourcing great quality materials within my budget and great workmanship.Oakspan Garden Rooms are a small team with a great bunch of guys, Kevin and his team arrived promptly on site, very professional and hard working, they got the job done without any issues. I also got Kevin to build a small shed at the side of my house which I am very happy with. I would 100% highly reccomend this company for your perfect summerhouse.

Kevin and his team at Oakspan Garden rooms have just finished work on our new garden room and we are thrilled with the results. Very professional and friendly to deal with. Kevin and his team built us a multifunctional space that'll be used as an office as well as living room and social space with a small shower room. Their workmanship and commitment to the job was first class, arriving promptly every morning and putting in a shift everyday, even in the rain, hail, sleet and snow! Kevin was really easy to deal with and accommodating of some last minute changes and additions to the plans and his wider team of contractors were also great too. Can't recommend Kevin and the Oakspan team highly enough! I can't wait to get out in it now and have a little opening party!

Kevin was very careful to consider our needs during the planning and design stages. He was very communicative while parts were ordered and when he and his team came on site to build our garden room, they were efficient, professional and a pleasure to deal with.All the people Kevin worked with, decorators, electricians etc. clearly take pride in their work and went above and beyond to ensure we were left with a solution fit for our needs.I would recommend working with Kevin on similar projects and we will be dealing with him again for other work in future.Thanks again to all the team.

Great team of highly efficient builders carried out the work to create our stunning new garden room.The materials used and the finish across all areas, both inside and out, are excellent.The teams of electricians and decorators used were also excellent.We had researched a number of companies and we are confident that we made the right choice in Oakspan, and would highly recommend Kevin & the team.

Kevin and the team are outstanding. I would recommend Oakspan to anyone considering a garden room for whatever purpose. Kevin responded quickly and was professional from the onset. Very easy to deal with and explained the process and all detail to me.Everyone turns up on time, they work very well together - what a team and what a talented bunch! They can sing too!Lastly, Kevin did some extra jobs for me which was really appreciated. Ignore decking which has still to be painted!
