Would give this company 0 rating if I could. Having went to a family funeral on Tuesday 11th February in Norwich, one or two of the undertakers were talking like a it was in a normal place. Swearing and laughing about. All the while my family member was on the hearse. Then what topped it off was the same person started honking his van horn to get people to move after the service.RUDE ARROGANT PERSON. I hope he doesn't have a death in his family soon as I know he wouldn't like it. It was a coop branch in Norwich. Absolutely no respect from these people what so ever. Tried calling to complain and they cut me off. That's extremely rude and clearly don't like anything said against their staff. Would never use this company again!!!

East of England Co-op is a smug, complacent company whose staff on any level I LITERALLY wouldn't credit with being able to manage 'a piss-up in the proverbial brewery'. I don't know why they try to differentiate between their stores as being 'Local'; 'Daily'; etc. because they've all the same stock, with decreasingly less own brand staples (such as Co-op99 Tea), but increasingly more alcohol & RIDICULOUSLY OVERPRICED essentials, (such as 4 bread rolls for £2.50 just because it says 'St.Pierre' on the wrapper). There's OBVIOUSLY a fundamental clash of direction at so-called 'management' level because the traditional Co-op identity has been TOTALLY lost & replaced by contrary attempts to be either an open all hours convenience store/off-licence, or an upmarket alternative to Marks & Spencer's. It goes to prove how confused the company is as when I downloaded the official Co-op app & attempted to register my Membership Rewards account number, it proved impossible. Their own Co-op app didn't recognise the number that East of England Co-op had issued in 2020! They truly haven't a clue what they're doing & they don't care about customer loyalty or providing fair prices in their stores. When a product has been on offer, the lower price label is still left highlighted on the shelf, long after it's been repriced in full at the checkout. In the run up to Christmas, products sold all year round are repackaged in seasonal wrappers for which you're expected to pay double the previous price. These practices are borderline fraud & would have a small shopkeeper in trouble with Trading Standards, but they're too scared to deal with companies who can afford top solicitors, such as the Co-op. East of England Co-op claims to be a primary member of FairShare, but I know volunteers at that charity & they're not aware of anything donated from the Co-op. I've seen food boxes provided to those claiming as in need, & Co-op items are conspicuous by their total absence. So the claims of the Co-op to be run on a charitable basis, trying to help common people is nowt but a pack of lies. However, their hysterical excuses for so-called 'managers' appear on the news pretending that they're being LOOTED" by an army of shoplifters on a daily basis. I first learnt about the history of the Co-op from watching 'Blue Peter' on children's BBC
