Absolutely amazing. Large selection of New and Used Products ! Amazing staff that are always looking out for my best interest. I have had great experiences with Florin and Abdul they are always prompt with phone repairs, reasonable pricing, and great customer service skills. I know that they are always trying to make sure I am happy with the service I am receiving which is hard to find these days.

Absolutely awful and unprofessional store,I took a brand new SEALED mobile phone into this store for sale on a Sunday.The KID i dealt with took the product,and we agreed a price, paperwork was completed and payment was promised within 24HRS.Monday came and NO payment,I then went back to the store only to be told that the boss is leaving the country and the KID had messaged him about the payment.Very odd considering he didn't even know who I was or what I was there for.Tuesday rolled around and I called only to be told that the payment would be made,but yet again no payment.Wednesday came and I was told they would contact the owner about payment,but then I got a call apologizing for the confusion and the payment would take a further day.They then made another call about an hour later stating that they didn't wish to purchase the phone,AFTER we had agreed a deal,and they had opened the box now rendering the phone second hand and messing around for 3 day's then turning around and claiming that they only get phones from their supplier,YET they had exactly the same phone in the shop window PRE-OWNED,and I sold them a pre owned phone earlier in the year.Terrible service,awful staff, dishonest and totally discredited.The staff need more/better training and management need to be sacked,they are very unaware of the shocking service they provide.If possible it would have been a ZERO rating,AVOID AT ALL COSTS.

Appalling service. I went on behalf of someone to buy a charging lead for an Australian phone; I wanted to write down what it was so I could first check with my friend if it was correct and he rudely said it was Company Policy that I should not write down what it is was - I must buy it there and then.I have always found service there dismissive, uncaring for the customer and arrogant. .

We had an urgent issue on a Saturday with my son's Lenovo laptop which just stopped working. Bit of a panic. The Exchange could not have been more helpful. They listened, got to work quickly and solved the problem within the day. Great communication too to keep me updated as to how they were getting on.

First I want to say the technician in this store is a nice man and I’ve no doubt good at his job. However, it’s being run by young boys who are polite (and definitely mean well) but unfortunately and give false promises to their clients. Prices are a lot higher than some of their local competitors... I recommend an excellent store opposite the library in queens crescent if you’re looking to have repairs done on your phone.

Went to the Exchange in East Finchley to get the charging port on my phone fixed, they charged £40 for the service.They told me I had a three-month warranty on the repair, and the port stopped working correctly after less than a week.The first time I tried to have the phone re-examined I was told the technician was not working that day and instead they tried to buy my phone, despite me giving no indication that I wanted to sell it.I went back the next day and they refused to re-examine the phone and they claimed it was a battery problem, not a port problem, and that it would cost another £40 - £70 to fix. All this without them even opening the phone up to examine it. My phone charges fine using wireless chargers, so I disagreed with their assumptions and asked them to re-check the port as it was still under warranty. This concern and request was completely ignored.The person I was talking to walked away from me to the other end of the shop while we were mid conversation. There was nobody else in the shop at the time, so they were not going to help another customer.Extremely rude and patronising customer service" and they do not adhere to their three-month warranty. Feel scammed out of £40

Really helpful staff. Went in just to get a new screen protector, so nothing too complicated, but service was great. Very polite staff.
