Honest Company with great facilities and excellent customer service. Brought my car in for an MOT, it failed the first time on Tyres. Tyres got replaced, it was retested and it passed. The bonus! It was cleaned inside and out looking brand new. I highly recommend.

1st class service from the moment I dropped my car for an MOT today. All staff whom I encountered were polite and courteous. MOT and then work done to make it pass all within a morning, couldn't ask for a better service. Lovely clean car too, which was a pleasant bonus! Definitely will be returning here in future.

Shocking and argumentative costumer service, no technical ability and quality assurance which left the paintwork in a worse state!!My vehicle was sent to Castle Coachworks to have a couple of panels repaired and repainted. On collection of the vehicle everything looked fine, but micro bubbles appeared on one of the panels. Having contacted them to have this rectified (and another panel painted) I was assured that the issue would be solved. It then took them some time to contact me to confirm that the works had been completed, demanding payment and collection with 48 hours notice. Confirming that I was away with business I arrange to have the vehicle stored by another company and asked Castle Coachworks to confirm that the works were completed and that all the issues had been resolved. I was told under no uncertain terms that the bodywork had been repaired and passed quality assurance. Within 2 hours I had received a call from the storage company to confirm an issue with the paintwork. On a further inspection, there is micro blistering on all three panels (two more than when the vehicle was delivered), poor preparation and over spray where the vehicle had been poorly masked up. On calling Castle Coachworks I was told that the blistering can return immediately if the bodywork is poorly prepared, although again they assured me that it had passed the quality check! This is the second time Castle Coachworks have had the vehicle in and the second time that they have painted the vehicle poorly. Noting that the paint work after the second visit is now worse than when the vehicle was delivered. The staff were unapologetic and remained certain that the work had been completed and the quality check passed, although also confirming that the issues resulted from poor workmanship!

Outstanding customer service from start to finish from all of the front desk, especially Wendy and Stuart. Unfortunately I’ve needed to use Castle Coachworks twice now, each time they’ve been very efficient and get my quote to me in the time promised. The work is top standard, my car looked as new on collection both times. Very happy costumer, would be reluctant to trust another body repair shop with my car now :)

Absolute top class paint finishers. The colour of my car is very difficult to match but they perfected it and the quality of the paintwork is of the highest quality. My experience with them was flawless. Highly recommended outfit

I called to get some advice re marks on the paint work. My local VW dealership could not or would not help. They were prepared to send me to Leicester to get my problem fixed. The staff at Castle took one look at the issue and 10 minutes later all was sorted. No charge! Exceptional service. Worth crashing your car to meet this company!.

Great experience. My car had a broken rear light.. they fixed it straight away had the car back in no time..

Excellent service from Castle Coachworks this morning. I required two exterior window side trims to be fitted and whilst I understand it was not a major job to fit, I didn’t want to risk breaking them trying myself. Castle fitted them labour FOC. Had a complimentary coffee to boot while I waited. Top notch! Thanks for great service.
