I Love Park and Ride (Car Park)

Booked via APH and found no issues. Easy to find, park and transfer to airport. One good thing is that they keep the key whilst you're on holiday. Easy transfer back on arrival to the car park. One phone call after clearing customs and the mini bus arrived within 10 minutes. Impressed.

DAMAGE TO DRIVER SIDE FRONT!!!Picked up my car yesterday around 8:30pm got up this morning and was greeted with front drivers side damage looks as though I'm not the only one to have had this experience! Tried contacting them at Stansted and there head office put through to customer services complete waste of time this goes to a recorded message call centre shut due to COVID! The car was collected in total darkness zero lighting to check your vehicle never had this issue before, I will be wasting my time trying to get any liability or recompense from this bunch of cowboys you have beenwarned[Update] Booking reference phoned through and given on Monday to your office at Stansted, emailed sent to customer services head office with photo evidence its now Thursday nothing! The silence is deafening..

THIS COMPANY DAMAGED MY CAR - DO NOT USEI picked up my car late last night at approximately 9.30pm. The car park was complete darkness and there is insufficient lighting on site to see any marks on the car.I had just flown out of the country due to a family emergency, I was very upset, had a long journey and proceeded to drive home without checking my car.The next morning I see that my front bumper has been completely scuffed. The company failed to inform me of the damage, and are not accepting liability.These are tough times and so the last thing I wanted to do was leave a bad review, but their lack of accountability and shocking customer care has left me with no choice.If you are reading this please, just pay the extra £20 and use the official Stansted parking. It will save you so much more in the long run.REPLY TO BELOW COMMENT - You mean the 12 hours that I was asleep for after a long flight? I'm aware this review is going to severely damage your business, but you have left me no choice as all you do is hide behind your T&Cs, act super defensive and completely ignore the fact that your staff have damaged my car.

Collected my car damaged - do not use ! Returned to my car with a cracked windscreen….. the men on site were lovely - reassured me it would all be sorted and all they would need it to come out and take photos then I would need to email customer services. This was all followed they also reassured that photos were taken if my car when I dropped it off.Customer services say they accept no responsibility, apparently listed in their terms and conditions which I will be taking further as I feel this is very unfair. There was no crack in my windscreen and I returned to a huge crack! Also feel I was fobbed off in store so I left to then be basically ignored by customer services. I will certainly not be using this parking service again and will ensure none of my friends of family do either . I wouldn’t feel safe! What a shame they couldn’t just take responsibility and use their insurance they should well have.

Efficient service. Transfer takes 10 minutes from bubble car park to terminal building. You get dropped in Zone C where you get picked up on your return.Car was safe and returned with 1.5 miles more on speedometer which is very reasonable.Bubble car park is poorly lit so difficult to check the car for any damage before you drive off. Also it's very muddy and slippery so expect your shoes and your car interior ti be in a state.

Simple enough to find and use, and the drivers of the mini-buses were friendly. They charge extra for the mini-bus to the airport (which is actually just a small van) and my car was as I left it, though the front splitter appears to have been slightly damaged (probably by someone unfamiliar with lower-down vehicles). The car was also quite dirty (which it wasn't when I left it).It's probably better to pay the extra money for the legit airport parking, and have peace of mind about your car, but they did provide the service they claimed, albeit with some caveats.If you're looking to save some pennies or have an older car that you're not too fussed about this is a decent value option.

Mr Chris is a gem, he is cordial and helpful. I left my daughter's stroller in the baggage area and he waited for us. I travel constantly and would use their service again. I recommend you all

'I love park and ride' poor staffing resulting in very bad service, 45 mins to pick up on return. My vehicle collected in very dirty condition from where it had been parked under a tree for two weeks. Every vent filled with leaves and bodywork in a sorry state. I was told to write and complain and they have no facility to clean my car. I have been offered £10.00!I will never use (APH) 'I love park and ride' Stansted again!(I have used APH Gatwick on many occasions and never had a problem)

As airport parking goes this is well up there at the top, I use airport parking at least once a week for work and this are alway happy friendly, I never wait more then a few minutes for a pickup or drop off and so close to Stansted it's great. Car has never been damaged or used so definitely recommend them.

Damage my car when i collect it .. was dent in the back and some scratches , look like they hit my car somewhere in car park.When I contact the customer service they refuse to take responsibility. You should report it on spot but I haven't seen the damage as the car park was really dark you can't see anything and I think they keep the car park dark on purpose so customer dont notice what they done with their cars. I saw the car park. they dealing with cars in very awful way. I will warn you that you avoid this car park at any cost if you want your car back safely. Otherwise wash your hand from your car.Horrible customer and Horrible car park.Hope my experience will help you with your decision.
